Chef , i got a question, how do you make your rice so perfect when applying on seaweed? when i make it i always get it stuck to my hand and in clumps.

@chinesenood1 if you want to be traditional, just make sure your hands are always wet before you spread the rice, if your not that fast at it then you might even have to wet your hands inbetween spreading the rice... or you can use latex free gloves and rub a small amount of oil on them. this will keep the rice from sticking to the gloves.
