I have no idea, but out of bout 6 that ive seen, 2 or 3 had pvp on.

I had a friend on pvp realm talking to a GM like this on horde... 3 allies ganked him, the GM 1 shot AOE all 3 lol.

But most of my encounters have been due to open tickets while grinding in empty zones. once in BG, wsg, bug abusing flag carrier. I didn't see them GM personally, but we got a "has joined the battle" comment with a blizz logo in it.

Open a ticket, and go to an empty zone, grind yourself a whelp or something.

Maybe one will show up for you. It's not entirely abnormal, I mean they ask your experience playing WoW on the job description page. But then some people have the attitude, If i haven't seen it, it don't exist.

Theres two types of GMs. The ones that you talk to when you report an issue, they have that blue robe. The ones that help fix bugs in the game, or interact with you in the game, those have any gear they want, so they are just like their mates, being just like them, by wearing gear, not something old fasioned, like a over-used robe.

Thats a real GM, those GMs with those robes are the ones that have special privileges to do what they want, as long as it only involves throwing fun buffs and special stuff on the player they are assisting. 3 Simple truths to show that everybody are right about this being a Private server:

1. The GM Robes. All GM's wear black and blue robes, no exeptions.

2. The fact that he shows himself for something as silly as people being on a Roof. GM's are usually not even logged in to the game, only when something needs investigation, and that's done in "invisible" mode.

3. As others have pointed out, he is not being professional and is wasting time. 200 tickets pr hour is your goal as GM..

You're correct about a lot, but there has been several REAL GM encounters. This obviously isn't one. But there was a real GM, they'd show up and wave, waste like 30 seconds and leave. Some aren't that busy they can stand in Orgrimmar, dancing and healing, letting players kill him(happened with my brother, he DOESN'T use private servers), some are so busy they can only be there for half a minute.

Guys, There have been GMs popping up sometimes, if you asked GMs questions they would answer most. Senior Guru GM's like this one get to log in and have a bit of fun because lots of people are excited to see GM's, none the less play around with one. Blizzard let's them do it because it builds respect for GM's and gives people another reason to keep playing the game. Regular GM's can't have fun anymore though. Blizzard is owned by Vivendi, a corporation that represents all that is souless and wrong. GM's used to have a lot of fun, but Vivendi doesn't pay people to have fun. Be very afraid...

To all the skeptics and other complaints about the video: GM's wear blue robes and Game Master hoods. Though people get it into their head that is the only form of GM's. This is a genuine GM. But he's what Blizzard call "Guru" GM's. Guru's have all the same nick nacks as normal GM's.
