Three characters that will likely die are Draco Malfoy, Lord Voldemort, Harry Potter. Rowling will kill another character that stand in the way of Harry Potter fighting Lord Voldemort (Snape? Lupin? Wormtail?). On the spine of the British cover lies an interesting omen of death.

Look you guys the prophecy clearly states..."neither one can live while the other survives..." That is talking about Harry and Voldemort(and if you read the 5th book, you would know). One of them HAS to die...and if one of them lives, there is no end to the story and JKR said that this is that last book...Harry or Voldemort has to go and most likely its gonna be both.

That would mean, that Dumbledore claims Snape to be more important in this story than himself (since he knows about the Vow). Can he make such a big mistake or does Snape really have some mission tu fulfill?

There's only one possible reason Dumbledore wanted to be killed: he was a Horcrux in some way... a very weak theory I know, but it forecasts some other things to come.

hey, if you guys go to J.K. Rowling's site, i'm pretty sure she wrote that Harry will live in the Deathly Hallows book... so since harry's living, i'm guessing voldemort must die {since the prophesy said one had to live and one had to die, right?}

If Harry were to live HP fans would wonder:Whats going to happen in his future?Did he get married or have kids...etc. There would never be an end to the questions and to the story if Harry lives. She stated that two main characters were going to die and of course the main characters are Voldemort and Harry. How you read the last page the book didnt even come out yet. Besides "one cannot live while the other survives" is the quote that clearly states that one of them will died (Harry or Voldemort.)

OK guys get this...book 6, Dumbledore drinks the potion in the cave to get the horcrux, but supposedly someon'e alreaday taken it. IMO: the POTION was the horcrux...that way the only way to destroy it was to kill the person who drank it. Which was why SNAPE is actually on the GOOD side, and had to kill Dumby to destroy the horcrux potion!
