Very nice fellow 3DS Max user. To speed up renders, try compositing with After Effects or Combustion. It really helps. Maybe a few normal maps for detailing the flat areas and some spec maps. Also, maybe a few more test lighting passes and this will take your scene up to even greater heights. Please check out my vids if you have a chance. :) Very nice work.
I have to agree to one of your commenters that the Strike Freedom is really rigid. Maybe something can be done on that. Or is it that it's the limitation of the software you used?
ill make some improvments in animation and illumination when im done with next scene, and i need to learn to do "net rendering" so i can use this pc and a laptop, so the videos doesnt take forever to render

well its not like it can move alot in that sequence, and watching the new renders its pretty hard to notice the differences.
and now that i started to use the curve editor(to see the graphs of the anim), the movements are better

I have to say several things that needs improvement.
1) Light effects can be done, when the Eternal opens its catapult, and the first scene of the Strike Freedom.
2) Can the scenes be made faster, like the catapult launch and when the Strike Freedom left the Eternal?
3) Can the speed in which the Strike Freedom's catapult launch be varied i.e. going from slow to fast?

4) Show some action like, ZGMF-X20A launching in a battle space and shooting down some Ginns.
5) The catapult length can be a bit longer.
