  • Extra Virgin.. doesn't that sound good? LMFAO... the look on the lady's face

  • I just read the label on my "Ken's Creamy Caesar Dressing" and it has "natural flavor" a bunch of other hard to pronounce ingredients and "Propylene Glycol Alginate." Propylene Glycol is automotive anti-freeze! I don't know how alginate changes it, but I see I'm going to have to start making my own salad dressing. You just can't trust manufacturers anymore! They don't care how they harm their own customers, they just care about their bottom line.

  • If you suffer with "ringing in the ears" or "Tinnitus" do not eat MSG or the other flavor enhancers like autolized yeast extracts. Glutamates are neurotransmitters from the hair cells in your ear to the brain.

  • Newmans Own salad dressing is very high in sodium

  • I ate toast yesterday Sara Lee bread and immediately my heart was racing ,if I eat campbells soup my heart is racing and I have insomnia, this is criminal

  • MSG makes me so very, very, very sick. I am so glad that I found the other names that it is called. It makes me so mad that they name it by other names, and when I tried to avoid it, it was named other things. NO WONDER I GOT SICK EVERY HOLIDAY.

  • I too have suffered from this MSG side effects some time ago. So I have included my experiences regarding msg allergy in in blog. Pls. have a look.

    w(w)w . enatural-remedies . comM

  • @ThruwitMoney Yeah dude, that's my real name. Also, I'm not the one telling you that a sky wizard is watching you masturbate.

  • @PookySharif check this out yourgoingtohell com ,you might want to know so you can check out the accommodations ahead of time, wise travelers do that you know!

  • Wrong! Wrong! Horribly horribly wrong!

    1. Don't trust Pat Robertson. Ever.

    2. MSG DOES NOT correlate significantly with any major disease at reasonable food levels.

My source: C0nc0rdance's video, "MSG: The Taste That Kills?"

  • @PookySharif Regardless of Pat Robertson's credentials, MSG is still a neurotoxin!

The dangers and toxicity of MSG are better explained in the documentary 'Sweet Misery'. Start watching at 34:00 into the film for more details regarding the effects on the brain as well as the toxicity of MSG.

    /watch?v=DJ0lEZQF1-Y

The film Sweet Misery is also included in my playlist 'The Dangers of MSG'. A link for this playlist is provided in the text section below this video.

  • @PookySharif

Fluoride is safe, uranium is safe, ddt is safe, melamine, formaldehyde, and arsenic are all essential nutrients.

  • @kraexaie You are more than welcome to make jokes like this based on your fictional cult science, but until somebody can present single peer reviewed journal no one in the legitimate scientific community is going to take any of these claims seriously.

And yes, actually, fluoride is a completely safe additive. The communists are not trying to rob you of your precious bodily fluids. Before you accept claims demand credentials.

  • @PookySharif Regarding the safety of fluoride, please watch the video titled 'Professor Paul Connett: Your Toxic Tap water' (select the full length version) and also watch the film 'The Fluoride Deception'.

Links are provided in the text section below my video on fluoride.

By the way, the peer reviewed journals are run by the very people who WANT the population to consume substances such as fluoride.

  • @PookySharif

Demanding credentials is very good advice. That's why I'm studying ecology and environmental science. If you've already read Silent Spring then I recommend the book Living Downstream which recently exploded in popularity. It explains how proving things can be very difficult when the experiment is being done outside the lab. If you can overwhelmingly show something is harmful do you really need to prove it has already caused harm?

  • @kraexaie If you are working in a scientific field and you claim that fluoride at food additive levels is poisonous without any peer-reviewed proof, you have no place in a serious lab.

I'm not entirely sure what argument you are trying to make. Are you saying that fluoride (or msg for that matter) has been proven to cause harm?

When it comes down to it, largely philosophical books and muckraking films are not empirical evidence, whether what they say proves to be valid or not.

  • @kraexaie : ) Genetically modified food is safe. : ) Our brains are just prozac and ritalin deficient. Bromide, which is unlabeled and in "enriched" flour is safe. We should all eat halogens, they don't really combine with metals to make metal salts, what do chemistry instructors know? Mercury is safe and our amalgams are beautiful : ) We are all just lazy, fat, crazy people who need to stop making excuses and exercise more. ; ) It's OUR FAULT the "health care system" is broken. LOL

  • Please keep up the good work!

  • "Extra virgin... doesn't that sound good!" ... and she smiles...!

  • many thanks

  • Wow. Pat Robertson is actually saying things I agree with. It's the end of the world for SURE!! : D

  • @breezyvibe Either that or you're batshit stupid.

  • Seriously, it's retarded how just simple food isn't enough anymore. They add everything but the kitchen sink to pretty much all we eat, and for the sole purpose of a slight taste difference to sell more. Wtf is wrong with sun-dried meat, eggs and spinach, for god's sake? Why does a damn sausage, made of meat, need MSG to add "meaty" flavour to it? Nitrates and sugar to cure meat, when plain salt does the same. The worst part is how the gvnt allows lobbys to decide what's safe. And we buy it.

  • @aquariussphere

    4) Lastly, what section of the Code of Federal Regulations/CFR deals specifically with aspartame? State the exact section number. You can find all of this information linked from the appropriate sections of the FDA's site, as well as on the site for the Electronic Code of Federal Regulations.

Prove to me you're not just making up whatever claims you feel like and that you've actually done some research before making these assertions.

  • @aquariussphere Please make you channel available so I can send you a lengthy PM to or send me one so I can send you a reply.

  • People make your own Salad Dressing, try a crush Garlic fry it in olive oil cool add a bit of wine vinage, and make your own salad dressing, add herbs of your choice. Women need to get back into their kitchens. The Government & Rockerfeller wanted women in the work place intstead of the kitchen caring for their family & their Husbands. When a man wants to make a profit in depopulating the world, what best way destroy a people, by the food they eat, it's like feeding your family RAT POISON MSG.

  • @maria610421

MSG is not 'rat poison' and to claim otherwise is pure nonsense born from ignorance, or an outright lie. And if you're going to continue claiming it is a 'poison' or 'toxin' or whatever other ridiculous label you wish to apply to it, then you're going to have to explain why it's on the GRAS list, and why you think that your assertion trumps studies done by actual scientists.

  • @aquariussphere The 'recognized scientific' truth is not always what it seems to be. If a food additive is placed the 'GRAS' list (Generally Recognized As Safe), then that does not neccesarily mean that it is really safe!

Please watch my playlist titled: 'Medical Fraud & Corruption'.

In addition, also watch the film Sweet Misery to learn about the fraud and deception behind the approval of another popular food additive, aspartame.

  • He said "Extra-Virgin" 7:05

  • I cook with olive oil all the time

  • MSG makes it hard to shop lol. Ive been doing without MSG for 2 years now and now its become a habit to look at ingredient labels hahaha. usually i can tell when someone has cooked with MSG in restuarants too. I tend to feel heavy and slurr my speech. ppl can eat MSG in small quantities, but since its in everything...well it becomes poisoness lol. i dont live in fear bc i ate something that has it (except now bc im pregnant) but if i have it occassionally then my brain and my body can recuperate

  • Also nobody drink diet drinks because they contain aspertane. My friend told me about the new world order officials (government) putting modified food starch to steralize you and he told me about MSG and about GMO's.

  • @zwxwvutsr

Your friend is, unfortunately, an idiot. There is no way eating a starch is somehow going to "steralize" you - you consume plenty of starches daily as part of a healthy diet. There's no way a genetically modified starch is somehow going to be able to target your testicles, that's simply not how genetic modification works.

  • olive oil has something in it that keeps away stomach ulcers how kool is that it protect the lining of the stomach!

  • i learned if i want ranch dressing make your own! with cream cheese olive oil plain yogurt a squirt of lemon and basil garlic salt onion, mix it together and oh it is good it doesnt taste any different than what you get in the store! you can also put in it a salt free sodium free dietary nut mix which has sunflower seeds rasins cranberries almonds cashiews pumpkinseeds!

  • this is where being poor is probably a good thing. You cant afford some of that shit food anyway.

  • extra virgin doesnt that sound good lol!!!

  • Olive oil:

    Pat

"You better start developing a taste" .....lol

  • no oil, olive or not, is truly "good" for you since it's filled with saturated fats but ofc, a spoon of it on your salad probably won't bring you any harm.

  • Olive oil, when not heated is very healthy for us as it is contains mostly unsaturated oils.

However, when heated olive oil breaks down into carcinogenic compounds.

Please click on the grey text box next to my video titled: 'The Dangers of Trans Fats' for more details about healthy and unhealthy oils.

  • @HealthRanger7 i love cooking with olive oil...awws :( how bad is it for the body?

  • @WeThePeopleRleaders Olive oil is very healthy when used COLD. When heating olive oil is breaks down into cancer causing components. Coconut oil is best for cooking. Please see my video on trans fats.

  • @Muxxyy Our brain is made of mostly saturated fat so it is good for you. Don't confuse trans. fats w/saturated fats. Coconut Oil can cure depression and heal mental illness so yes it is great for you

  • @healthfreak18

Coconut oil is a cure for depression and can 'heal mental illness'? Please provide citations for these claims, I'd love to see the peer-reviewed evidence in the scientific literature that supports these claims.

  • How can she not like the taste of olive oil????

  • Okay here's what I put on my salads: olive oil and fresh-squeezed lemon juice.

  • you can get the "Chinese restaurant syndrome" after consuming MSG.

Look it up in a medical dictionary

  • @GoodGuy4life199

The original study that coined the term "Chinese Restaurant Syndrome" has long since been proven to be badly performed, and generally unscientific. All of the current studies published in scientific journals show absolutely no link between normal levels of MSG consumption and adverse health effects. In order to actually overdose and start seeing health problems with MSG, you'd need to consume a massive amount of it, pure, all at once.

  • How can this reporter link almost all major diseases affecting the western world to MSG, yet all medical researchers have missed it for decades. The greatests minds in the world have been outsmarted by a journalist. My lord, is this serious! It is recognised that glutamate plasma levels are NOT significantly affected by dietary glutamate. Much of it is metabolised by the mucosal cells in the gut, and little reaches the portal blood system. That which does is cleared within around two hours.

  • The reason the link between MSG and many diseases has been 'missed' by most scientists is because the scientific fields, 'main stream' medicine as well as the 'main stream' media are highly controlled and owned by a small but very powerful group of people.

Their agenda is to dumb down society and make people chronically ill...

Watch the film 'Wake Up Call' (among my top 9 favorites) to learn more about this agenda and the deception.

  • Then how has CBN produced this lenghty report apparently exposing these highly guarded secrets, yet all universities and peer reviewed journals etc from around the world have been silenced?

  • Universities and 'peer' reviewed journals are actually sophisticated fronts for the elite...

Doctors and scientists who speak out about these toxins such MSG and aspartame are quickly labeled as 'quacks' and many have lost their medical license. That is why most decide to stay quiet.

The elite know that if they can keep the majority of the people ignorant, they will succeed with their agenda.

  • I would like to hear some examples since that is a fairly big statement to make without backing it up. If studies are conducted, and the research is performed credibly, then the results speak for themselves. If the proposed link of MSG to the many diseases could be shown, then the scientist/s would be up for a noble prize! In the science arena, the only thing that matters are results.

  • An appeal to emotion (or similar) in order to make up for a lack of proof will most certainly lead to a scientist being labelled a quack. Thats the beauty of science! Now, thanks to the internet, sharing of information has become increasingly widespread, and much harder to censor.

Im not too sure who you are referring to as the 'elite', but I would interperet it as those with 'elite' knowledge. I doubt they would supress knowledge, since learning gives an appreciation for the power of knowledge

  • Please watch the the films 'Wake Up Call' and 'The Secret behind Secret Societies' (among my top 9 favorites) before discussing this (relatively minor) issue of MSG any further.

The deception is so well crafted, it is difficult to explain!

"I can not tell you what it is, you have to see it for yourself" (a quote from the film 'The Matrix')

  • i started watching wake up call (but its so long, hopefully will find some time to watch it all!). I dont often buy into conspiracy theories, but its always good to ask questions!

    have a good night

  • @HealthRanger7 its funny but to me: if ppl dont care about their health then i believe its not my job to warn them. ive been warning my friend about aspartame and MSG bc she doesnt cook and lives off of this stuff and she thinks im crazy, so i stopped caring. My boyfriend has noticed a HUGE difference in his mental state and health when hes been eating my food and loves it (usually eats Mc Donalds everyday). hes even started buying almond milk on his own LOL.

  • @HealthRanger7

I get the impression you've never read anything in a peer-reviewed journal of science, and are basing your claims solely on conspiracy theory websites you frequent. You have consistently been wrong on many key points you've been arguing about, so I'm really questioning the accuracy of your sources.

  • @thrustfang The peer-reviewed studies are not unbiased at all.

I realize that such a statement seems completely outrageous....Therefore most people will dismiss it straight away without digging deeper.

Please watch my playlist titled: 'Medical Fraud & Corruption'.

Also please watch the the film 'Wake Up Call'. The deception is so well crafted, it is difficult to explain!

"I can not tell you what it is, you have to see it for yourself" (a quote from the film 'The Matrix')

  • When I eat restaurant and fast food for more than a day I get chest ache on my left side.

If I don't eat MSG containing foods it goes away.

  • Read Dr. Russel Blaylock's book.

  • Thank you very much for putting this on here!!

Do you think MSG is included in 'artificial flavor'?

I see it on some labels

  • Skip the salad dressings, folks. Taste the vegetables. They're great! You'd be surprised how sweet veggies can be. Or use the oil/vinegar combo.

And yes... salad dressings give me bad headaches, thanks to the MSG.

  • .....and lemon too! I'm really developing a love for lemon!! Chicken, fish, salad....I even used it in place of vinegar in potato salad.

  • @OMM06

This of course, assumes all salad dressings contain MSG, which they don't. Have you ever eaten tomatoes, mushrooms, or milk? Because if MSG gives you headaches, then they should give you headaches too, since they're also sources of glutamate (MSG dissolves into sodium cations and glutamate anions in saliva, resulting in the umami taste).

Of course, the only way to know for certain you're allergic to MSG is to get an allergy test done by your doctor, which I suspect you've not had.

  • wow, i never knew that this stuff was so many things. how do we navigate around it?

  • Thanks for posting this. I have had severe reactions to MSG, swollen eyes so bad they look shut, sore, itchy rash on face and neck, palpitations. All so bad I had to be off work and it took a whole week to recover!

  • This stuff is terrible. I get headaches, swelling all over the body, numbness, tingling, difficulty concentrating, difficulty sleeping, and shortness of breath. They hide it under different names also because of the bad press it is getting due to stories like these. It is very difficult to avoid unless you change to a raw diet. The levels do elevate just as said here. My worst experience was after eating Chinese my eyes were swollen shut and weeping fluid.

  • It is proven, from all the people who get stuff like that, they are either fat or they smoke.

  • Mr. know it all !!!

I don't smoke and don't eat all day long ... I just ate like many people food that wasn't good for me.

I don't have to justify myself to you either. You presum of things you don't know about that's all.

    Fin de la discussion !!!

  • But Im sure that u didnt eat worse than other "normal" people did...because if u would have, u would have become fat...sometimes it just depends on the person...when did u become diabetic? Because some people are fat and dont have it although they only eat crap and other people eat healthy and they get it...so it sometimes depends on da person.

  • HeartBreakKid1987 - your comment is idiotic. I am definitely NOT fat, nor have I ever smoked. Why post comments aboit stuff you clearly know nothing about?

  • Sterolyn has brought my triglycerides down to 145 mg/dl and my LDL down to 95 mg/dl! My doctor calls me "the freak of nature," haha. I plan to keep taking this forever. And hey, I'm enjoying my free subscription to Fitness magazine, it's part of an overall lifestyle change.

  • I just want to cry because I almost suffer from most written symptoms !!! makes me mad

  • im showing this to four people right now and there mouth is on the floor whoaaaaaaaaaaa

  • The best way to avoid MSG is to stay away from corporate food and just eat the real stuff!

  • GOOD VID KEEP UP THE FACT'S

    PEACE.

  • I am definitely going to get my hands on Dr. Blaylock's book after watching this series! Thanks for your response, HealthRanger7. I like your use of Biblical quotes in your info section, by the way.

  • That's why the number of cancer and heart problems' patients worldwide are increasing every year. The problem is that we cannot avoid most foods because they contain dangerous ingredients, so eventually we are all going to die!

  • The only reason that people get heart problems or diabetes is cause they are fat and they eat all day long.

  • I don't eat all day long !!! And I became diabitic

  • Thanks. In French, monosodium glucomate is glucomate de sodium, for those who buy French soups!

  • Is it right that MSG causes free radical oxidation? Thanks for the vid. I have been avoiding MSG for many years now since I notice that it was causing headaches. I also new that it erodes the brain ganglia membrane, which eventually causes the problems mentioned in the vid.

    thanks again

  • whats about disodium edia?

  • Hi FetaSake,

Information about other names of flavor enhancers (that have similar health effects as MSG) can be found in the text box next to 'Part 4 - The Dangers of MSG', which is the next episode in the series.

Here are at least three of them:

    E627 Disodium guanylate

    E631 Disodium inosinate

    E635 Disodium 5'-ribonucleotide

    Try to avoid them!

  • ay if alot of protein shakes got msg in it do you kno of any products that dont

  • Hi croquetplayer12,

    Try naturalnews-dot-com and

    mercola-dot-com for healthier protein shakes.

  • My heart suffers for up to 9 days after eating MSG, especially a take away meal. Thank you for the vid.

  • @ada7indo Yeah....you should stop eating MSG...wow bc me just reading what you posted makes me feel nervous for you. watch out for it and you'll be fine :)

  • See the trailer to a new film on natural health foodmatters[dot]tv

  • It will kill you!

  • good media against msg, yet there are other neurotoxins in diet drinks such as aspartame or sucralose, also beware of any crisps which have disodium ribonucleotide 5 on them as a flavouring, this is near to 10 times the strength of monosodium glutamate, i've only seen one, yet i've only seen 1 packet of crisps which have this in.
