And just because 78% are Christians doesn't mean 100% of Christians want creationism in public school. I did some research of myself too and you are right carbon 14 is only good for 60,000 years, BUT that isn't how they measure dinosaur bones. Carbon 14 only work on organic material and dinosaur bones are completely replaced by rock and minerals by then. So what to do? Date the sentiment in the same layer the dinosaurs are found in using other dating techniques. There are other radiometric dating besides Carbon 14, ie. Uranium238

The honest truth is that Christians will make up that poll because they are afraid to find out how low their numbers have become, if it really was that high, there wouldnt be hundreds of churches closing due to lack of memberships.
