As I look over it, that sewer debt was accrued in 2002, then wasn't it Smoot that filed a lawsuit before she came into office to block that sewer debt deal? But then again, she did come into office in 2003. Just making sure that the facts are clear...

That's a lot of work that she has done....but she left out the part where I am paying $250 for water and sewer cuz she and two other commissioners could do their jobs. This sounds like a Jonestown rally more than anything helpful.
