Create a player and in ss mode select play as a rookie. he'll be in there and you can have him on any team with any ratings you want.

how do u get ur guys overall up. i went to practices and games and my guys overall is still 70 it wont go up! in madden 09 for ps2 u could go to practices and then u get points to make ur guy better but for ps3 it doesnt do that. so if some one could let me know that would help alot. thanks!

in ps3 there's dlc you have to buy to maximize it, otherewise it is extremely difficult to improve... i miss the offseason drills and improving by practice also

but i really think, u should be able to play any active member of the nfl, possibly even free agents, anyways, i dunno i can think of so many fun things to do, play as TO and see how many years he has left in him, and where will he play? play as brady, try n get him a few more superbowl rings, play as drew brees he deserves a superbowl or will at some point, i dunno to me it just sounds 10000x more fun if u can play ANY member of the nfl, i realize the idea is a CAREER but why cant i finish one

ya thanks alot man, i found it yesterday, that and quite a few other things, im curious, have u or anyone u have known bought the madden max pack? im gonna buy it but im curious if it will include the afl pack, and if it doesnt, waht all does it include, but ya superstar mode, is awesome, im usin brandon marshall atm its SIIIIICK 99 cents to add like, i dunno 1,000 hours of gameplay

wrong, u can control who drafts you, its called saving before the draft starts, and just doin it a few times till u land either where u want to, or somewhere ur willing to play,2.you can control who drafts you, its called talk to ur agent, DEMAND A TRADE,just tryin to help u out, if u want a diff team, just save right before the draft, or like i said, u can DEMAND A TRADE , ONLY TWICE, i think its twice a season, anyways,save before u demand trade,youll get what u want eventually.

also - anyone else think u should be able to use ANY active PLAYER IN THE NFL on superstar mode? i know i do.i think if u want u should be able to play as brett favre, and choose whether u wanna retire, or maybe win a superbowl in his last year with the vikings, Or play someone like ummm LT who seems to be goin down on the RB charts, and maybe turn his career around for another 3-4 years, also people like AP, hes one year in, his career would be so fun to play. its just my opinion
