  • I tried this once.  I think it cost me my job. We were discussing meeting UL and ISO requirements versus giving the customer what they wanted in a "prototype", and I asked my manager whether "always give the customer what they wanted" included bootlicking and blowjobs.

  • The problem is that this same kind of treatment could be given to ANY group of people! Just imagine, if you will, this same treatment applied to police officers, construction workers, public school teachers, doctors and nurses, the military, or even clergymen. It's funny stuff, but no group of people escape the embarrassing implications of this kind of treatment.

  • True, virtually any group would look hideous when treated in this parody-like fashion. It would make these advertising types look fairly tame in comparison! There are way worst professions out there.. as they say some add insult to injury, but others add injury, lol. At least the worst thing advertisers can do is be ineffectual or pretentious, which ain't too shabby compared with other jobs.. and at least the pay doesn't hurt. :P
