i'm just writing to let you know that i've managed to hold my body weight upside down on the pole. but i have to use my legs to stay there. not strong enough to do anything else really, just hang upside down with one leg bent backwards. :P

Ming, that was a great idea to showcase the differnt styles in a single performance. It's really hard to explain to "outsiders" that pole is really like any other performance art--it has many varieties--quite a few of them suited to a general audience. Kelly, nice Jade and hookback to the Scorp at 2:23 . Eunice, fantastic butterfly turn thru to the Scorp at 3:33 . Ming..WOW!!..that reverse Caterpillar, Curl up and Flag--Great Stuff. Powerful performance, ladies!!!
