Fatass4000 is correct here. It is called "tweening". It represents the easy way to create additional frames 'in between' two frames that you create.

No, the icons have nothing to do with the RAM. The actions he does at one time will make his computer slow. As long as he doesn't go over the RAM he has (e.g. If his RAM=2GB, then if his actions on his computer take over 2GB, then his computer will crash.

No you dumbass, the icons just mean that they're shortcuts to his programs, that would take up your HD memory, not Random Access Memory.
