Srpski tenkovi su uništeni tek posle rata, a veliki dio RS je predala Sarajevu koji ih je stacionirao u Tuzli. RS je veliki broj svojih nadležnosti predala na nivo države, dok Federacija i dalje ostaje čvrsta sa svojim kantonima. Kada god nešto ne valja OHR se okomi na RS i to mora prestati.
