@lori41672 First of all make sure the fuel source valve is set to the onboard tank. These motors have an attachment for an external tank. If the external tank was being used, it wont take gas from the onboard tank until the valve is turned. If thats not it, make sure its getting spark....then make sure its getting fuel...Also, I think there is a kill switch. If none of that works, do a compression test. Thats all I really know lol.
