Nice,, truck man i hear it wold of needed a good clean up and be in-tip top shape.. i recently replaced my blown motor and put in a 1960 v8 360 big-block (don't laugh) i changed the carb and put in 4 barrel..and even though i had to brigiver it to fit in..... its beasty... but i took out the box and put in a flatbed with rack xD got no traction at all.. hahah anyone got any idea so i can get back that traction? i cant get out of anywhere w.o burning out....

Figured something out with these motors. They aren't running right unless they are trundling down the road sounding like an old duce and a half, drinking gas, and leaking oil like a sieve. Not terribly fast but got the power to pull a house off its foundations.
at least toyotas don't sound like that, or run like that. Otherwise yeah they last a helluva long time. Ford always seems to throw away their saving grace.
i got a 96 150 with the straight six, i took the exhasust off of it, and it doesnt sound too much different, i left the cat on tho. They were the best, longest lasting engine that ford ever put out. 20x better than the 5.0Ls in the trucks
