No, they don't have free speech while in foster care. Basically we could only ask them how they were doing but nothing related to why they were taken or if they want to come home. They also couldn't mention any problems they were having in foster care.

Our daughter was born a year later and we moved to the province our son was sent to. Our family made an agreement to give us our son back but they say that I use mind control to fool the professionals and now they won't give him back. It's been two and a half years. Yesterday was his birthday. I hope that our kids get to grow up together. Life is so unpredictable.

I have a great job, my bills are paid, wonderful fiancee who doesn't beat me (like her father did, which is why she was taken) and a very nice home. Do you even know the variables of the case? I work in this field and often times the kids say things to their parents at visits because they don't want to upset them. Then they tell their social worker a different story. This film seems misguided. I need to hear both sides of the story before I make an opinion. You should do the same.

At the time of the incident was you paying child support? That can prevent you from having a say regarding the welfare of your children. Otherwise, you should be able to fight it.

Would that get my kids back? Several years ago I might have done just that but I think I know what would have happened to me afterwards. I am for a revolt though but through other means. I am doing what I can through legal parameters because of the fact that I will get my kids back. If it were a life and death situation I am not opposed to resorting to violence but in this case it's not and I will beat these scum bags in court.

Take the case of the West Virginia Social Worker killed a few weeks ago for example; inside I thought they probrably did everyone a favor because you don't know how many lives she's help destroy, the media honored her, now CPS wants access to criminal background checks and other private records on people.
They have your kid hostage and can call the police in a few seconds and then things start to get very bad... All you can do is co-operate...

They were there with the cops...planned in advance to take our kids. Our kids did witness us being dragged away by the cops and it is a memory they will never forget. One of them had been having nightmares about it after his oldest sister was taken in December and we told him it would never happen to him and now it has so how can he ever feel safe from them again if his own parents couldn't stop them? He's 10. We were found not guilty and were arrested over a lie and DSS exploiting it.

You would be surprised that 90% of Government Officials are divorced, in debt, alcoholics.....these same people are married to material and monetary values. That goes for the courts. They got it all wrong and know it. They will continue to seek and make children and families victims to its industries and their careers.

I'm in the middle of getting custody back of my daughter. I have a great job, my bills are paid, wonderful fiancee who doesn't beat me (like her father did, which is why she was taken) and a very nice home. I invited them back in because I'm asking for the guardianship of her grandmother be terminated and custody returned to me. Now I have this woman coming into my home and turning evey positive into a negative. They even want me to quit working. These people suck. DON'T GIVE UP!!

yes of course they would cut off your son saying he wants to come home. they take all opinions of the children and throw them out the window, indoctrinate them into believeing that their situation at home is much worse than it is. why? because they're part of the 'lets make work for ourselves' program because they don't know how to deal w ACTUAL abuse cases where kids need real help. majority of these workers are social misfits and creeps 'opinion is a flitting thing, but truthoutlasts the sun'

In the video...my son is saying," Ally (his sister) said that they (DSS) said that I didn't want to go home." I said , " they did" and then , "Do you?" and he said , "yes" before being cut off by the DSS worker in the background.

What a blatant form of child abuse. Apparently, government offices are of the opinion they are the 'gods' over civilians. I work with pictures daily of children murdered, raped, & mutilated. I see less action being done in those scenarios and more action being done in this type scenario. Save the children...from pedophiles, abusers, abductors, and murderers. Not parents that love and care for them.

Do you even know the variables of the case? I work in this field and often times the kids say things to their parents at visits because they don't want to upset them. Then they tell their social worker a different story. This film seems misguided. I need to hear both sides of the story before I make an opinion. You should do the same.

i too live in san antonio texas and my cild was taken for her mom and i was never given a chance and was place whit the grandma because the mother wanted her to place her .when ask case worker why they said the mother had a say so even if the mother was beating her kids and was tested for drugs ,and was on drugs. cps are thugs and assholes

At the time of the incident was you paying child support? That can prevent you from having a say regarding the welfare of your children. Otherwise, you should be able to fight it.

Would that get my kids back? Several years ago I might have done just that but I think I know what would have happened to me afterwards. I am for a revolt though but through other means. I am doing what I can through legal parameters because of the fact that I will get my kids back. If it were a life and death situation I am not opposed to resorting to violence but in this case it's not and I will beat these scum bags in court.

Apparently you know nothing about dealing with this agency. They come to your home like Nazi's with the gestapo police as their tool to gain access to your home. They then have the power of the Juvenile Courts and the vast resources of the state...money, lawyers, priveledge, etc... to do what they want. If I did not have children and this was another matter that had the same level of corruption I would take matters into my own hands. I have a lot to lose if I do that in this circumstance.

Would my kids respect me? Would they be back in my home? Would they put these social workers up on a pedestal and make them martyrs for their cause because of my actions as they always do? Take the case of the West Virginia Social Worker killed a few weeks ago for example; inside I thought they probrably did everyone a favor because you don't know how many lives she's help destroy, the media honored her, now CPS wants access to criminal background checks and other private records on people.

They were there with the cops...planned in advance to take our kids. Our kids did witness us being dragged away by the cops and it is a memory they will never forget. One of them had been having nightmares about it after his oldest sister was taken in December and we told him it would never happen to him and now it has so how can he ever feel safe from them again if his own parents couldn't stop them? He's 10. We were found not guilty and were arrested over a lie and DSS exploiting it.

these people are insane, i know they took my 4kids when i stuck a video camera in the face of a lying social worker. he came back and took my kids with the cops, and broke my camera. now they're doing their best to drag this on in court for as long as possible. i know the helpless feeling that comes from having total strangers rip your children away from you for no good reason. i hope you get your kids back real soon. :) how long have they been in care?
