I now have this english dub version. It is out there on the internet if you know where to look. Anyone putting it on youtube seems to be trying to sell it for financial gain. I found it on a torrent site. Good luck.

I've spent years even trying to find the title of this film since I saw the back half of it in 1987. Only going trough and exhuastive list of french animated titles did I discover this! I'm so happy, now I just need to try and get the english dub TM version, the original with subs is all very well, but I recall being rather emotional after watching the TM version and would love to re-live this childhood memory!please please contact me if you can help!

@DanScribla I have been searching for this too, exactly the same as you I didn't even know what it was called. To have this in the same version I saw as a child would be wonderful.
