does anyone of u android freaks know what jailbreaking is ? once jailbroken iPhone can perform the way you want. all that u want is customization , jus bcoz android does aint have a good theme. we apple fans does'nt want much customization coz ios theme is pretty awesome and we look forward for cool apps and not crap themes. ios can even install the android theme from cydia too. ios devices have cool apps like Garageband, iMovie etc too.

If you think that the iPhone came first are WRONG. Google started working on Android in 2005 (after they previously purchased Android INC, which had been working on it for a few years prior to that). It was in beta by 2007 and many people (myself included) already had it installed on phones back then since it is open source.

Android was already in the works for a few years by the time apple began working on iOS, so no, it's not "a copy of apple" as some have mentioned here already.

Second of all, Android did not exactly copy iphone, they just had some design changes from the prototype after iphone came out. The prototype version of android was around 2006, before the iphone

It was also them that designed Capacitive touch-screens, and Multi-touch gestures.

That is why early Android phones didn't come with Multi-touch, Google was afraid Apple would sue.

Think of it like this, Apple released the iPad, Android releases the Xoom etc, with a rushed version of Honeycomb.

I just stated that there were in fact app stores on mobiles before the iPhone, but Apple is the one that made the App Store model work.

Multi-Touch was not developed by apple either. Capacitive multi-touch with pinch and zoom has been around since 1991 and in 99 was further developed by a company called Fingerworks, which apple bought in 2005.

However, they do have the most responsive screen, and the best display (Retina) And they certainly gave Capacitive touch screens the credibility it deserves.

And, sure, they may not have made multi-touch, Steve thinks they did though, but they did made it extremely popular.

I am just trying to say, Apple might not be the full package, but, be honest. Before the iPhone/iPod, did you ever hear of Capacitive display? Or Retina display without fully researching?
