@wedrinkfromtheriver Black Mask did make a physical appearance though, he's in the start of the game when your Bruce Wayne, and he fights some Tyger guards, and in the Robin DLC, u could fight him and he has his own game over screens, I believe Promtheus will be there tho, cause in the GCPD building there's a document that says he passed his pyschological test
