Great! Interesting how you rotated the picture in the aerobatic bits. When the glider's against the plain blue sky it looks like you've fiddled it by rotating too far. Then the horizon comes into view, and it's in the right place! Shows very effectively how steep the turns can be. Even when I'm flying myself I don't think I get a feel for just how steep they are.

@cjfield97 Yeah I was spoken too also, the curse of an easily identifiable glider. Chris will confirm that the phrase was " A little less enthusiasm on the ridge please!" The poor instructors up there are always having to reign in the visitors from scaring the sheep!

great video! I've never winch launched before, no winch at my local field :( I kind of wish that there were mountains like that near my field, the closest mountains are the rockies but those are 400km away :(
