Why would you make such a statement? The US government would never desire this---Breaking up Russia, if it were even possible, would be a security nightmare. But it would never happen anyway. By the way, the US Constitution allows any US citizen to file a lawsuit against the federal government to stop it from holding NATO exercises in Georgia.
Any citizen can do this. If a federal judge agrees, then those NATO exercises are canceled.
If a citizen does file a federal lawsuit though, the US govt may put a "money block" around that citizen to deny him income, so he has no money to do lawsuit work.
The US govt does this to its citizens. Other nations should be told about this.

Why would you make such a statement? The US government would never desire this---Breaking up Russia, if it were even possible, would be a security nightmare. But it would never happen anyway. You should interview the few remaining German survivors of Stalingrad, Kursk, and Leningrad battles. Any attempt by NATO or America to invade would mean financial disaster, huge losses of men & equipment, and possible loss of most large cities in the US via TOPOL-M, SS-18, etc. Do your homework!

The US is already supporting several opposition groups and it is in the process of making several factions that dislike the current government. We just have to destabilize Russia then we send in the troops claiming to restore order. That way it does not look like we are invading and no one will resist. Then we break up Russia.
