Nothing better then Cher. I first heard in 92 when I got a copy. Oh man to be gay and very young Cher was there to help along with the other Real Divas of that time. Great times. Sad to say kids nowadays don't have any Diva to look up to like we did then.

Cher sings anything well but there are better versions of 'Love Hurts,' one of the most covered songs in recording history. I have compiled an anthology of nine. I think the two best are the original, by the Everly Brothers (although I prefer a solo), and the Roy Orbison version. I think Ann Wilson (Heart) strains too much and so does Nazareth. It's a sad song but not a torch song.
