Usually Local police handle their cities crimes only... Sheriff's handle townships that do not have their own police department (within the county) As well as any crime in a county... State police are mostly Highways and freeways.

@AliciaBreannee By the way, it's 'they're' NOT there. Punctuation and grammar are essential when writing police reports. Sorry, but I still stand by my beliefs: I think women can do police work, but it's mostly a man's job because of the nature of the job, as it requires much physical strain and exertion. I'd rather have a 6ft tall, 190 lb male coming to my aid than a 5'4, 125 lb female who will need backup herself. Women's standards are often lowered in this field physically.

@AliciaBreannee When writing a police report, grammar IS IMPORTANT. MANY women in the police field are overpowered by criminals. I still prefer male cops, even though I am a female myself.

Tell me WHERE IN THE FUCK is the harm in two consenting adults having sex and one of them gets paid? Isn't that the way it is EVERYWHERE in the world? And as far as the "war on drugs" is concerned, people have been getting high since the beginning of time!
