The instrumental I would give an A.

The lyrics though, I'd give a B- ; the words themselves are very good, but they like Christian said, they wouldn't go well with the beat. Try to cut or change some of the words to make it more in time.

Not bad... You can probably change how some lines sounds. You should probably fix the amount of syllables in each sentence. Some words cut short or are too long before the line is supposed to end. You should count it in the original and then make a line that actually matches with the syllable count.

It's actually a nice attempt, but I much prefer the original lyrics (no offense) and you should work on some of the phrasing, like when you say "the road is blocked by the greed which blocks the light".
