Nope it was Len Carlson who provided the

vocals to Swamp thing SouthCentralVARudie.

Ironic thing though, yyzny21688 Carlson also

voiced Senator Robert Kelly on the X-Men:TAS

& he was the infamous senator who rallied

the anti-mutant lobby. And here he is doing

a great job voicing one hell of a mutant
