Where is the ''How to clean the floor'' Prep? Why weren't baseboards cleaned first and outer edges focused on, working your way out and back towards the 'start' of the floor, leaving a clean and un walked on surface??

So if you can't wring out the mop, what do you do halfway through moping when the mop is saturated with dirty solution?
