@krissypooh12459 I think it's fair. I can see where you may find it unfair in some spots. I don't know if I want to pick out of my Friends List on YouTube or out of my Friends List on Meez. That's why I tell people to add me even if they already rated. When people tell me they rated, and I check my Account and see that the #'s match up, then they are added into the drawing. Simple as that. If you don't think it's fair, then you don't have to participate if you don't want too. Just saying
