Just a word of advise.Next time you change the plugs or indeed take them out,put a couple of drops of engine oil on the threads.Stops them from binding in the head & lessens the chances of cross threading.I hope you didn't powdercoat the frame..it seriously damages the integrity of the build.Powdercoating was not invented in the 1970's.

Well to tell you the Truth...i can sit in my chair right next to these Vintage Clean & Original Honda CB750's with a cup of Coffee and just stare at it everyday for hours just wondering why these bikes are not back in atleast "limited production for about ($5900)???They're absolutely Sexy & beautiful & if i had one just like this one...i would never ever get rid of it & NEVER EVER ride it in the Rain!!!Must keep it absolutely spotless!!!When was the last time you've ever seen a dirty Ferrari??
Oh Hi Oh, beautiful Job, Well done....Im up to the 20 second mark.....About to put new bearings in conrods, then close the cases Yeah!!!. I have a K1, yours is so smooth, do you have electronic ignition or just points? I have changed gearbox bearings, Primary chains, cam chain, adjusters, rings, valve springs, new gaskets...I hope it is as smooth as yours.....Dont like them too rattly.
I love it! It has the typical CB750 "burble" at idle. I just put in an electronic ignition system in mine and it runs a lot better but it seems to be drawing more power from my battery. Might just be a ballast issue....
that awesome do you give any advice on working on bikes? i am working on the 1977 honda 750 four k needing help with the carbs.....you look like u know what u r doin g
I was just wandering how the heck do you take those exhaust headers off? they seem like they are press fitted onto the head :D

@seasonedtoker
It seems to be awkward that you cannot take off exhaust.
I warm a joining part by fire and swat it with a plastic hammer and should work patiently without getting impatient.

Nice engine! About the carbs, can you tell me whatare the settings for air/fuel ratios in turns, for the outer carbs and for inner carbs?

@Rikijekpejnourt
Thank you fou your compliment.
Even if I explain a setting method in a sentence, the problem will not be settled.
Because the reason is because longtime experience is necessary to make setting well.

@rungassamydonovan47
The part which is necessary for the overhaul of the engine is still available from HONDA.
