Rekha is not a trained dancer at all. Yet look at her facial expressions and hand gestures. Every single one of them accurately expresses each and every word of the song. Truly Rekha is brilliant. One of my most favorite actresses. She is also an extremely down to earth and selfless woman.

Thanks for the post. I was looking for the video for a long time. Its the same trio of Rekha-Asha bhosle-Khayyiam that gave us the everlasting songs of Umrao Jaan in 1981. The gorgeous Rekha with the evergreen voice of Asha Bhosle complement each other so well. And of course, one of the few remaining genuine composers-Khayyiam, couldn't be the lesser choice to compose such a song. I particularly love the very fine nuances that Rekha executes so flawlessly in the dance sequence.

This song and mujra by Saroj Khan was added after Rekha's plead to the producer. But director asshole edited out this song as well as one more Asha Bhonsle's song from the movie.
