We just got home from super bowl....and YES!!! This band was terrible!!!! It's was a disappointment!!! No talent at all!!! On another note...the cowboys stadium was outstanding!!!
Oh GAWD. Mann, didn't this year's Super Bowl halftime show just suck? There was absolutely nothing in it for me.
Nobody performs decent entertainment anymore. Everybody just shouts rap-crap and lip-styncs and stupid light show. Not even Slash could raise my score for this show. Hell, Slash wasn't even the real Slash -- Black Eye Peas merely picked out a Slash impersonator from the 3rd Street Promenade from Satan Monica to get up on stage with them.
@Micali711 Prince performance was still gay. And THIS year was a bad impersonation of Daft Puke, with the boxes on their heads. There is NOTHING in it for the real football man , who pays the bills and made America great. This was total trash.
Real football men don't even enjoy crap "entertainment" like this. I bet there were a whole lot of facepalms all across 'merka, viewers who can't / won't identify with anything on that football field during the halftime show.
Next year: Willie Nelson and a 3 piece band, no fancy NOTHING. Then you'll have at least 50% appreciation, instead of , 3% at most with this crap.
@peachylimedaiquiri will seeing how it was done outside instead of indoors were the sound doesnt just fly off, of course it wasnt going to be great but it was still good.
@nawab256 Yeah, outdoors in a football stadium isn't going to have optimal acoustics, but that doesn't give the performers the excuse to shout the whole time or do....whatever the hell Fergie was trying to do. It didn't really sound like proper singing.
