Great video, maybe a little long though. I haven't looked up the Louisiana bill so I don't know what it actually says in reference to kratom, some of the comments here seem to say it doesn't relate to kratom. Maybe you could clarify this in a later video. (Or perhaps you already have, I haven't seen them all yet!)
Kratom needs to be appreciated for the amazing medicinal qualities it possesses. Maybe that's the problem though, big pharma want a piece of the kratom pie.
how are alcohol and cigerattes legal hahahahahaha.....Kratom has helped me out so much in life!!! Kratom does not get you "high" at all...I personally take it for depression among other things
@nokilla1 Not yet, but Senator Crowe is planning to do so. Check the KA website for more information and help us to stop the Senator, before things get out of hand.
@GalaxiePictures: Indeed it is not listed in act 159, but under the plant specifications it has been classified as one of those types. I have had people contact me to notify me that Kratom was banned for human consumption/removed from the shelves of headshops in Lousiana due to act 159 and the law's interpretations of botanical categorization. You can read the bill in the descriptions for yourself.
I am updating the links in the video since I can't post them here in the comments section.
In Louisiana you can purchase Kratom, but not for human consumption! Louisiana courts can sentence you to HARD LABOR if you possess Kratom (Mitragyna Speciosa) for human consumption under Louisiana Act Number 159
@GalaxiePictures Kratom is not on the bill, but Senator Crowe is planning to add kratom to the bill. Check the KA website for more info. Kratomassociation Org
Please send me more information on how I can help this much needed cause. Everything I was told growing up about the freedoms of the US now feel like complete lies.
Kratom isn't banned in Louisiana. If you read the bill, it just states that people take spice with it, but the bill is not directed at Kratom. There is no Virginia Kratom bill. If there is, could you reference to it, because I have found no such thing. If Kratom gets banned, I'm fucked.
Ron Paul is different and thinks different but its what god forsaken country needs...and yes if you dont believe it...the FDA and DRUG COMPANIES ARE IN BED TOGETHER
Thank you for making videos with legitimate information about Kratom and suggestions on where to legitimately buy .Just wanted to share my experience..I used Kratom for about 5 months straight and took about 2-3 dosages a week. within those months I unexpectedly greatly reduced cravings for alcohol and learned to control myself in the process (I was a heavy drinker). I haven't used Kratom in over 6 months and never experienced ANY cravings or withdrawals. Also soothing for many other things
I got some kratom a few weeks ago and just stop with no problem at all, I can not say the same for the pain meds that my doctor gives me. I dread taking any pain med now after knowing kratom is there and does the same thing, without the withdraw and the waking up in the morning with more pain than before you went to the doctor to get help. Natural is the only way. Take it from someone who knows about pain meds and know how much of a living hell they can be. Kratom is a savior from all that.
The KA is taking action against the plans of the LA lawmakers right now.

Yes, the Louisiana Bill does not include mitragyna speciosa. Please check your facts before spreading misinformation. Thanks!
