@Reverseflush Makes it easier to find the bodies after an accident and are required to be onboard anyway so why not wear them. Helments would be a good idea too if for mothing more then to keep the wind out of your face so you can see where you are going.
This may sound like a stupid question, but do the passengers have to wear earplugs to prevent inlet pressure differential that could blow-out your eardrums? Also, does anyone know if Pratt + Whitney helicopter engines are used for boats? I guess that makes two stupid questions...
Let me add that Turbine Marine has quickly become the premier marine turbine installer for high performance boats in this country and possibly in the world IMO. Their systems upgrades and quality of work is unmatched. I would not use anyone else.
Do you have the 1400hp T53s or the 1800hp T53-703s? Reason I ask is Canada Thrust has the 703s with Merc 6s and they broke a drive in the Aronow Memorial race last summer. The 703 has too much hp and torque for the #6 drive.
I just floated with this boat in Muskegon, MI. They launched at my marina (Great Lakes Marina) and did a test run. Nothing too crazy this time, only hit about 90 MPH. It was great to see this boat run up close though.
a boat like this? prob over a million if its as fast as the description sais. this would be custom made and very expencive. most factory made boats that are not custom made still cost over a 1/4 million so this one would be way more
wow , awesome boat. Congrats to you and Turbine marine on such a great build. Im glad to see this video back , as I know something happened to it a few months ago.
Cruise is only 20 mph under top speed? Sounds strange.

this is so cool being able to see my boat on this video, and that we didn't even know about this video.

Glad you enjoyed it. The speed limit on Muskegon is only 55 mph. We couldn't get too nuts.
Also too many swans and sail boats.
