It looks like they were trying to make a John Woo film and failed miserably, I remember seeing the trailer for this on a VHS tape of "National Lampoon's Senior Trip" and it was toting Bryan Genesse as the next big action star, looks like that didn't quite pan out. And no wonder, his acting is pretty damn hammy and over the top lol
This whole movie is hilarious. It's by far one of the best unintentionally funny movies in existence. In addition to the amazing delivery of Bryan Genesse, it features such great writing as: "Hey, Parker, why don't you come over tonight, and maybe I'll let you play with my hand grenades," a request to which our hero responds, "Well, I gotta play with my rocket launcher." The whole movie is a gem. P.S. - The music is awful ... as in awesome!

It may be big dumb cheezy and loud but at least it appears to be more exiting than the first one.
