  • hmmmm maybe this condom will not break after all

  • wtf is that shit made out of?????

  • condoms make condoms

  • so then what do i do when i scratch the buttons on the psp?

  • i dont see how any of these tests relate to being stratless

  • Not even Chuck Norris can break this stuff.

  • the screen protector wont break but your iPhone/iPod touch will why dont they just show us scratch test not how much what it can handle

  • its a giant condom

  • a DESK's CORNER that isnt even sharp enough to cut skin if you scrubbed as hard as you would with a shower-pouf has cut my invisible shield on my ipod touch from a mere 12" fall.

  • condoms are cool out this stuff xD

  • this should make condoms out of this stuff?

  • If someones dum enough putting 400 pounds of weights on their iphone then they really shouldnt have one.

  • lame, it donesnt show that it becomes tight again, but just recovering a little

  • try with a chainsaw turned on yea it may b strong but how strong

  • Beton este mi-am luat si eu si arata bestial.

  • This is insulting to average intelligence. What scratches phones are sharp objects such as keys etc. And since keys can break through this, invisible shield is useless

  • @KashmirShahzad i will say i takes abit to actualy puncture this stuff, you take your key and try i will say it will take ALOT to rip or puncture this.. it is actually really strong stuff but i dont like it for my phone, as i like the static cling screen protectors, and i dont care if the rest of my phone gets a scratch its all about the screen... but never will i stack this much weight on my phone as no matter what plastic part you have its gonna crush it, just might not rip the plastic lol

  • i <3 invisble shield

  • hopefully this technology isnt just goin towards scratch profing our phones .....

  • will it scratch proof my penis? lol (joke)

  • @Shooterlemon

    Invisi-Shield topline condoms :D

  • Invisible Shield Condom.

Yeah... that'd outsell Trojan any day. XD

  • wats funny is some ppl have been complain that this stuff stretches on there gadgets and it doesn't have a perfect fit. now i know y

  • I'm actually really surprised that such a thin rack held up to the weight as well.

  • the rack didnt have to hold it, it's the invisibleSHIELD!

    They did it once again!

    xD

  • they forgot to cap a few rounds into it.

  • chuck norris breaks invisible shield with his EYES

  • loooooooooooooooooooool^^

  • @thejellyfish47 man he dont need to watch to the shield, he can make it with a cup of coffee in his hands and his laptop in china, xD

  • I wanna knife test this stuff.

  • i thought you were gonna say :hi i went to a burger king and covered my burger with this stuff , it was imposible to eat lol.. thts what i thought you were saying SJCJ

  • had very hard time installing. especially the back piece, u can easily mess it up. this thing is very hard to install. they should have made the cuts very precise around the corners. Spent the whole night trying to install it right and messed up the front piece and now the sticky glue part is coming out from the front piece. Did anyone had the same problem? Kindly let me know on wat u did to fix it

  • It is showing the Quality of the product...Duh..

They are trying to show you that if it can handle a 1000lb's.... it sure as hell can handle a Scratch...

    Awesome product....by the way....

  • So what if this video has nothing to do with protecting the device you install it to? This is still an amazing feature! Withstanding 1,000 lbs and regenerate from it is truly incredible! Yes, we all know that this has almost nothing to do with the purpose of what it is for but this is still really amazing!

  • you guys missed the part where they didn't secure the plastic to the metal stand with anything. they just put it there like you would on your phone.

  • thats failing at marketing ..... seriously do we care that it can handle 1000lbs...... NO as long as it protect from scratch..

  • i have no idea why they need to show us the strenght of this invisible shield. It's meant to protect scrathes, not help the phone/touch survive after being chewed up by a lion. If the phone/touch breaks, it's the problem with Apple, not invisishield.

  • but when you apply the Invisible Sheild, dont you want it to be scratch proof. i dont really care how much it can hold, i wanna know if its very scratch resistant.

  • it is scrath resistant look in the other vids

  • agreed...

  • cool

  • Completely irrelevant video. Put a phone with the shield on under those weights, then I'll buy it.

  • Completely irrelevant comment. It's meant to protect scratches, not make the phone invulnerable to weight stress. If the phone break's it's actually the manufacturer's fault instead of ZAGG.

  • @rickysio: You're an idiot. You've proven that my comment is completely relevant and the video quite the opposite. If it's to protect from scratches, why are they piling weights onto the 'substance' proving it's weight stress resistance to advertise that it doesn't easily scratch?

Do we just guess that because it can take weight, it doesn't scratch? Personally I know exactly what the shield is and is for, I was stating this video is just completely irrelevant.

    Think before post.

  • @ andy

You've either been dropped on the head too much as a child or something, but you were the one who explicitly stated that you wanted a phone with the shield applied under the weights.

The point is trying to show the regenerative properties of the shield.

Heard of self healing mats, or do I need to post a lmgtfy link?

Think before posting, and check your english, please.

  • You are still proving my comment correct I'm afraid.

The regeneration properties linked to weight stress are completely irrelevant for a phone shield. At no time would the video apply to a real life scenario, literally or metaphorically.

If it were showing me the regenerative property of the shield after scratching, it would be relevant.

Again, think about the real-life requirement for the shield and the irrelevant 'point', that is, this video.

PS. Technically it's 'English' not 'english'.

  • Can you both just enjoy the cool video of this amazing product without starting a flame war?

  • who the fuck cares about its actual use, i just saw a paper thin product hold up the weight of a small car and not tear

  • key word ''small''

  • "Technically" it's not Technically

  • hi I just went to burger king and i'm saying this because i'm bored

  • haha that was totally random xD

  • i know isn't it but sadly that was a lie i went yesterday

  • hahahaha even for a total random statement you resort to a lie.. and admit it. Brilliantly irrelevant.

  • hey thanks!

  • Haha. Yeah, doesn't it grip insanely good? I mean, that dude had it stay on his car while going 15 miles in 80 mph traffic. lol. that'd be hilarious

  • thats so sick

im gona got one of these when i get my touch

  • so next time i have to pile up 300 lbs. of weights on my ipod, i know it wont break.

  • yeah

  • i vote for condoms too, whos with me? :D

  • i agree 120% invisiblesheild condoms FTW lol

  • LOOOL

  • FAIL

  • oh yeah, jus make it a little thinner so u can feel the plusure, and u gotta lube it up or else u get stuck from the friction

  • Hahahahahahahahahahahahah

  • Most of the time it doesn't break, it doesn't slip as easily, and if it does drop but doesn't break, it still won't get scratched!!!

  • well the invisible sheild voided my iphone warranty cause the sheild spray got in the dock connector. and made the sticker wet and it turned red. when i came to the apple store for cases the man wanted to have a look at my iphone and he saw it was water damaged

  • You have to be careful with the spray.

Best thing to do if you can is to remove the battery and then use the invisible shield, and then let it cure for up to 4 hours and then it should be good to go. I don't think I can remove my Sansa e260s battery very easily so I'll have to be careful with the water.

  • problem with that is iphone has an INTERNAL battery. no way of popping it out without alo voiding your warranty

  • Same with Sansa, the only remedy to that is to be much more careful with the water.

I'll keep it in mind though.

  • what if ur careless and it slips?

    gotcha there didnt i

  • Actually, Invisible Shield adds a sort of rubberized grip characteristic to your gadgets, making them much less prone to slip. So, you don't got nothing nowhere.

  • I dont understand how how much weight it can hold will help my phone at all?

  • TENSILE STRENGTH HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH SCRATCH PROTECTION!

Elasticity is only obliquely related to scratch protection. It can't stretch out of the way if the object it's protecting can't deform!

  • Looks like you failed!

  • No he has a point, all he said was it being able to stretch has nothing to do with the solid objects is protects because thats what they are....solid....

  • condom

  • invisicondom.

...it's like you're wearing, nothing at all!

  • but its really rubbery, meaning either side's skin will hurt with all that friction that's gonna be involved.

  • lube....

  • its over priced sure its super strong but it doesn't protect your ipod from bowling balls or being dropped, only from scratches

  • It's a bullet proof condom!

  • LMAO

  • It's overpriced to be sure, given that BestSkinsEver (and possibly other stores) sell the exact same material for less. Despite that invisibleSHIELD has a great selection and eh, it's a one time investment that would probably be worth it.

  • It can't be the same material they have it patented. I work with a friend that has his own invisibleSHIELD kiosk so I know this stuff is top of the line it was from the Military at first to protect the helicopter blades from getting chipped or scratched. Then they also have another company Clear Bra that doest it on front of cars. You would be amazed how many or those so called "same material" items we take off of and put iShield on.

  • Well, I have a source that says BSE and iS get the material from the same factory.

  • can you get it in stores? cause i want one but im 14 and i cant buy it online(my mom wont let me)thanks

  • aww, I was like "seems legit" after a few vids, so I decided to check the price

    "Full Body Coverage $24.95

    Front Coverage $14.95"

BULLSHIT!for iPod touch by the way

  • 24.95 for a lifetime guarantee on it is not bad. I have one on my touch and it works great. I'd be straight pissed if I got a scratch on my touch knowing that I could have bought the invisibleSHIELD for 24.95 and avoided getting one.

  • Yea, it is actually legit, I have one on my iPod video (1.5 yrs old), it is still crystal clear and I stick it in my same pocket with my keys, then I put it in my backpack with my pens and pencils and loose change... Now I got one for my phone of a month old and it's doing just as great. You really just have to try it to believe it!

  • Well I have a brand new iPod touch 16Gb's and it works fine so I don't know what your talking about. Did you install? If so that could be the reason and if not you must of got a noob.

  • should listen to some of these guys. i just ordered mine after seeing that my back is starting to scratch from the stupid cases.

and lifetime warranty isnt such a bad deal for 25 bucks.

its like the apple's air jacket but probly better and 5 bucks less.

  • That was the worst shit I have ever seen in my life. My 5 year old could do a more worthwhile experiment.

  • Oh sure it will stop a bowling ball. A bed sheet could stop an egg at 90 miles an hour without breaking it. Your really that enthralled with basic physics? You should read Newtons writings. Drop a bowling ball on an ipod from three inches, its a piece of polyurethane film! Its not going to prevent a screen from breaking.

  • yah true but whos going to drop a bowling ball on their ipod? its just to protect it from scratches... but its true it probably wont protect it from impact... think in all the impact test it shows the film strechted over that metal thing and not over the ipod. and the weed wacker doesnt have much force to it... it just proves it can protect it from scratches but not impact. if they show someone dropping a bowling ball on an ipod with the film on it and still working then ill believe it works.

  • true dat

  • Really? No shit. Knives are made to cut things. I am positive that the product is not "impact proof". Everybody is a moafukin critic.

  • Hmm...this really doesn't show how it can protect from scratches, only that it can hold a lot of weight. If you dropped a rock on an invisibleshield-armored ipod, it would probably still break, since the invisible shield gives way.

  • Show me how many knives it can hold!

  • this product sucks i got one for my ipod touch, and I followed the instalation, and water got in my screen, and now i have water spots, my whole screen used to be covered in water but it dried up, but not I still have some spots that will not dry up and apple will not replace it, and invisible shield will not either

  • You probably put it on wrong

  • can you get one of these for a zune?

  • make a good condom

  • Hahaha! Genius!

Go patent one right now and I'll buy it.

  • I'd buy that for a dollar.

  • invisible shied:

the most interesting part of ur video is at the end, when u show us the different parts of ur product on a blackberry or razr, now only if we can see them on all ur products in ur website.

  • second!

  • I got one these for my 5th Gen iPod, 14 months later I sold my iPod for 75% its value when I bought it. Not a single scratch on it thanks to this product. I never used a case even. This is one product that actually is a good as advertised.

  • Where'd you buy it from and how much does it cost, like $25 per sq. in. >_>

  • invisible shield (dot) com, round $25 yeah.

  • 25 for covering the whole ipod

  • :o first
