  • Lots of you asking about how long to do this.. So try holding a plank for about 1 minute and then rest and plank for another minute and rest. Sit ups can be bad for your back without proper support so be careful! Keep up the great work and thanks for all the support everyone!!

  • Hi! :) I love your videos, and also could you pleeease do trick tips on: a la seconde turns (for beginners), calypsos, and an aerial (for beginners). Any jumps and turns would be really nice :)

    :D Also if you could say the things you should be able to do already before trying the moves I mentioned above, that would be amazing!

  • Hi Autie (: I have a couple questions. #1: Can you do a trick tip on toe rises some time? #2: What is the turn called thats like a pencil turn except your leg is higher up? You do it in most of your solos, like over the rainbow. #3: Where did you get those sweats where one of them said autie in zebra, and the other one had like purple shiny-ness in the middle? thanks (: btw i love how you said core strength hahha

  • Joel # 2 of 2: The idea is to FORCE you to go SLOW because all of that leverage in your extended arms makes your feet want to fly up in the air and your body tip backwards. So you must do the motion VERY slowly to keep the feet and legs down-- and that makes the exercise more grueling and teaches the athlete to avoid the use of momentum in any movement.  lol, momentum, "the enemy of grace"! ...as my aerial teacher calls it....

  • Great video. I am a huge fan of Zuzanna's exercise videos on her CharlieJames channel. She has a nice combo that involves a single sequence of a crunch, sit-up, rollover to a side plank, regular plank, other side, knee to chest (left, then right) and a "burpee" (Leap). I can never repeat it past 6 or 7 reps. I am also a fan of the twisty sit-up; lying flat, arms in "overhead" position fully extended, then FULLY sitting up bringing hand alternately to left, then right hip in a sweeping motion...
