This is ASTOUNDING. What the heck is that. It responds to the smoking area. When the smoke gets more intense the object moves over there and seems to spray a vapor as if to inundate the area with some type of gas. Perhaps to keep radionuclides from spreading via the winds? Are these are angel ufos helping mitigate the radiation. Or a new secret technology from the USA or China, etc.?
the cam is slightly distorted at the top but not much.and yes it does seem to be infront of the tower.been watching it meself today.you're right.not the moon
