How could the exact same car, having only a difference in model year, have different hp numbers?

For example the VQ35DE in my dad's car was taken from 260hp to 250. The Honda S2000 went from 240 to 237, etc. etc. Look it up if you don't believe that cars can sometimes be down-rated. Remember, it doesn't change anything, as the engine still puts down the same 170ish HP at the wheels.

If I had an 07SI I would get the Greddy TiC. I've seen them on the SI's and they looks sick as hell. The tip is that bluish look and it's tilted like the HKS, but not restrictive like it. The skunk, htough, is kinda loud, but a nice sounding loud. I would've kept it if not for my melt issue.

LOVE the sound and quality. Power gains are very noticable for just a cat-back, but it will melt your lip on 05-06 models. I have Greddy Evo2 now. I miss the sound of the Skunk2.
not a very big name in performance parts but they make some dman good exhaust. I knew a guy who put skunk on his base model RSX and it still sounded bad ass.

You can still hear the intake kick in the vtec. The skunk is really a great buy, only for '02-'04 models though due to the factory lip on '05-'06s.
