  • Soul Caliber for the Dreamcast is, by far, my favorite fighting game. Don't get me wrong. I love Mortal Kombat, Tekken, Street Fighter, Marvel vs. Capcom and Virtua Fighter. But Soul Caliber is the best of them all.

  • Great list. Note: Game that started the Soul Calibur series was actually Soul Edge in the arcade, later accurately ported for the PlayStation and renamed Soul Blade in the US

  • man iloved soul calibur so much

  • i have the original Tecmo Bowl. Still awesome

  • Enjoying this list so far - just wanna make a couple of comments on this video.

Firstly, just a comment on Soul Calibur - yes, it's a great game, but I'm fed up of people just completely ignoring the existence of Soul Edge (aka Soul Blade) - I think it's just a personal pet peeve of mine, as I was a massive fan of Soul Edge ever since I played it in the Arcade and I imported it from Japan as soon as it came out on the PS1.

And secondly, on Sonic CD - you gotta play PAL - music is much better!

  • Haha! I remember playing world series baseball. I loved that game. Probably the only baseball game I ever liked.

  • 89- Burning Rangers

    88- Turok: Rage Wars

    87- Bushido Blade

    86- Gex 2

    85- Marvel Vs Capcom 2

    83- Kingdom Hearts

    82- Gran Turismo 3 A-spec

    86.Final Fantasy I

    87.Dance Dance Revolution

88.Guitar based games (who cares which ones)

    89.Super Thunder Blade

    90.Vectorman 2

  • Sonic CD is absolutely awesome. My favourite Sonic game. All the 3D Sonic games suck, except for maybe Sonic Adventure and Sonic Heroes.

  • @PlasmaStorm and sonic adventure 2

  • i have world series baseball for my genesis but it doesnt work anymor.

  • whoa, this guy is awesome, he knows his games

  • Any Call of Duty game is awsome. Modern Warfare is the best in my opinion. I remember California Games and it was a good game. I liked the hackie sack game. Tecno Super Bowl is one of my favorite football games even today. I like a lot of Star Wars games and I played a lot of them when I was younger but I don't remember what they were called.

  • i remember world series baseball on genesis too. staying up all night trading players until you have a beast ass team for the season. every 10 power 10 hitting player on your team. I could talk about this game forever but to sum it up; greatest baseball game ever. Barry Bonds.

  • id consider you an expert definatly.

  • Soul Calibur didnt start the genre out my friend it was Soul Edge/Soul Blade normally called soul edge just thought you should know...

  • Don't think he mentioned the genre, just the series :/

  • Soul Edge was meh at best. Soulcalibur is what it should have been like to begin with.

  • Great list man.... and by the way, you have all game console...?

  • i dont think so i dont think he has a 3d0

  • I like all these games too! Awesome.

  • my favorite tecmo bowl was the one for the super nes. great memories playing that one

  • yes tecmo super bowl those where the days one of my all time favorite games on the NES.

  • love the shirt

  • it says twin pines mall

  • exactly. its the mall from Back To The Future.

  • great so far man 100-80 cant wait to see the rest

  • Some more good games my man, keep em comin'!

  • You are amazing! Where do you get all of your games?

  • I own the games if they are on consoles, but I don't own the arcades.

  • soul caliber is one of the best fighters for the dreamcast...wing commander III was awesome i used to have it for the pc.....

  • What software do you use when editing?

  • I use Pinnacle 12 for editing. You can find it at places like Best Buy for around $70-100. It's fairly easy to learn, but can can be frustrating at times as well.

  • OK!

  • Cool list Gamester81! Enjoyed your presentation here.. :)

  • I agree with Soul Calibur, I love it also!

And I love my DC :P

  • Actually Soul Edge/Blade for the Playstation was the game that started the whole Soul Calibur series. The DC game was just the first really popular one. :P

Still an outstanding list. You're bringing up a lot of great games that I must check out, or relive again. Keep it up. :)

  • Also, I saw Jr. Pac-Man locally, but it was pretty expensive. Hopefully I pick it up someday.

As for California Games, I played the DOS version a lot. I totally forgot about it. :P

And yeah, Tecmo Super Bowl. Whether or not you're a sports fan it's a given back in the day that everyone just had to play it. :)

  • That Twin pines mall shirt is awesome

  • I own a bunch of those past 10 games, all were fun, and there was just 1 out of those 10 I didn't play until Vyse gave me a copy of Sonic CD!! That game rocks!! =D

  • If you like baseball games and have a PS3, MLB 09: The Show is probably the best baseball game I've ever played, it's amazing.

I still play Tecmo Super Bowl basically every day, it's classic. Back when playing as the Raiders in a game was actually a smart choice.

  • Rebel Assault was the bomb. Have it for PS1 also but originally played the PC version.

  • I have to go back and watch the other one. Nice editing.

  • I've got WC 3 & 4 for PS1 and 1 & 2 for the SNES. But nothing beats the original PC version. I use to play it on an old 286.
