@lowyaw Yeah - It's not really an Amplitube issue though as much as the strings acoustically drowning out the signal coming from the monitors which makes the sonic difference between the pickups less apparent.
"If you're not inspired EVERY time you pick it up, then keep looking I always say."
Well said. I really enjoy playing the Sterling JP50SBK at my local music store. It plays so nicely and I want to get it. Unfortuately, it's overpriced and I prefer getting it online. But at the same time, I'd much rather get the USA model. But alas, I'm poor! :( And jealous.
@jonrivera I have to say having played one of the Sterling JP50's that I was BLOWN away how great they played! Really as far as I could tell the hardware and of course pickups were the only things that I could really feel / hear a difference. I think they are amazing guitars for the money and considering getting one just so i can throw super heavy gauge strings on it and tune down to B or C... :) Like you though... I am B-R-O-K-E... :( Don't be jealous! Save up! Last guitar you'll ever buy! :)
Great point you make. I finally have some cash saved up for a decent guitar and am torn between a Guerilla Guitar and a usa Jackson SL2HT. Not much of a floating trem guy but both of these come with stoptails. The JP guitar I could have used because it is not a locking trem per-se but ya that design..haha..Made for JP I guess but glad it works for you
@SaintsCheat Well, you'll find the guitar thats right for you - if you're not inspired EVERY time you pick it up, then keep looking I always say! Good luck!
LQQKS awesome, but I cant justify spending 2.5k for a guitar on which my fingers keep banging the pickup switch everytime I use the neck pup. I saw your finger smack it and you right away switched to the bridge pickup lol. I just would get such a mental block and be so annoyed by that. But hey each to their own, great guitar otherwise but I think its a horrible design of the switch where it is.
@SaintsCheat LOL - well that wasn't accidental actually. I've been playing these for 8-9 years now I guess so it's never been an issue for me, but I hear ya - if it's not going to work for you then yeah I wouldn't spend the money either! You have to keep in mind too that by virtue of it being a signature model, it's designed specifically for one guy so of course that design isn't likely going to resonate with the masses. Sort of like scalloped necks on Fenders Yngwie signature models... LOL!
@a7xMattShadows67 Thanks! Oh man and the video doesn't do it justice either - coolest finish ever... I think it was with tax like $2400 or around there...? too damn much but I had to have it and sold a crap load of gear to get it but haven't regretted it for one second!
@vaisatchatrucci I don't blame ya. If I woulda had the cash I would have had to do it too. And I bet that Peizo is absolutely GODLY. My uncle's friend Jeff has the blue one and it is killer, so I can only imagine how good that one is.
@vaisatchatrucci :0.... What are they gonna charge for it? I'm considering getting the cheaper Sterling Petrucci and I really want it to be killer but not if I'm putting more money in then what it would originally cost... I wanna save up for some Yngwie Malmsteen pickups to put in my strat... It's just a cheap little squier I picked up to make my custom guitar, but damn.... Plays really good. Not much difference between that and a MIM Fender strat. I think it would really scream w/ those YMJs...
@a7xMattShadows67 too much im sure - lol :) I can tell you that I played a sterling petrucci at Summer NAMM last year and it was pretty badass for the money. I thought it played amazing. I agree though, I've played some Squiers that wer pretty good and not much different than the MIM's... I think if you like your Squier - you'll REALLY like the Sterling Petrucci. You'll love the neck on it...
@vaisatchatrucci That's what I've heard. I've messed around with my uncle's friend's MM Petrucci and I couldn't put it down. Quite possibly the greatest guitar I've ever played. I'm looking at the satin black one, mainly because cherry (the only other color they have) is NOT my thing, and the black is cheaper. They dropped the price down to $350 on GC so now I almost have to go for it...
Hey Man, cool video and great guitar. Just got the same exact guitar and just started recording with it, featured video on my youtube channel. Thanks, Chris
@rudessdfdf Thanks! Yes I LOVE this guitar. i haven't played my other Petrucci since i bought it... LOL :) They are hard to find for sure. Sometimes every once in a while one will pop up on Ebay just keep a lookout!
jajaja yes that's true, its a so beatifull guitar, moreover, it's a petrucci guitar, petrucci is GOD XD... congratulation for have that guitar ...fuck!!!as I would like have that guitar!!!...
Nice guitar! Thanks for the video. Are you pretty happy with the Crunch Lab? Based on other demo videos I've seen, It sounds a little too "fuzzy/crunchy" to me. Hence the name "crunch lab"... But, I'm trying decide between the D Sonic or Crunch Lab to install in my (basswood) Ibanez. Since you have both, was is your opinion?
@mrgrsmitty Thanks! Glad you liked it. Yeah I love the Crunch lab and quite honestly to me they aren't drastically different but I feel like the Crunch Lab is a little "rounder" and a bit warmer. You can't go wrong with either one. They are voiced very similarly.
@gambitakerx LOL - thats my girl right there... well one of 'em... Yeah awesome guitar... I literally have not touched my original EBMM since I bought this one. LOVE the ebony fretboard...!
Absolutely killer JP DDII!! I'm a Bassist and LOVED the Music Man Bongo version of the Dargie Delight II (*always* had a thing for flip-flop paints like Petrucci's "Mystic Dream" finish) but wasn't in the financial position to pick up a Bongo 5HSp up during the ordering period. However, I'm hoping I'll be able to pick up one from a Bassist whose kept theirs in near-mint condition when the Wife finishes her Doctorate up and we've got the disposable income to do so.
@scarred2112 Thanks! Yeah those Bongos in DDII look amazing too... Good luck working towards the disposable income and let me know what thats like... LOL I wish I was there myself! :)
@cakeisbetterthenfish Double the tone. :) Just kidding - one is for the piezo and magnetic pickups and one is for the magnetic pickups only. The idea is you could send the piezo output to a direct box or acoustic amp, and the other magnetic output to your amp. Thats what the additional 3-way toggle switch is for on the top horn - it switches from piezo only to piezo and magnetic to magnetic only.
Unfinished? I did some research and apparently it's finished with gunstock oil and "special wax" (haha sex). I also played a jp6. I didn't like the neck finish at all. It felt rough and grainy. It didn't sound very good and it was difficult to play with the unnecessarily low action and wimpy strings. also, the bottom E string kept popping out of the nut and randomly detuning itself. I'll stick with carvin.
@WoWintosh Well, there's painted and what I considered "unfinished" which is to say bare wood with no laquer or anything. My Bad! Thanks for pointing that out - I learn something new everyday! :)
If Carvin works for you then that's great brother - if everyone liked Music Mans, then we'd all be playing them and same goes for any brand. I've never seen anyone play a Carvin and with them only being mail order, I doubt I'll ever get a chance to try one out but hear they're good!
I take back what I said. I played a well-maintained, well setup jp6 through a high quality Mesa/Boogie amp. The guitar sounded great clean and overdriven. I thought it sounded very Paul Gilbert-y. The guitar had lots of bite and it was very clear, there was no mushiness. The neck felt amazingly smooth and played effortlessly. Maybe sometime in my music career I will be a proud owner of a jp6
@WoWintosh Well I have to say I have had similar experiences, though not to the extreme you had where a JP6 that was ordered to be sold in a music store was on the floor and it came nowhere near the JP6's I have ordered directly from Music Man. i think they (whether they'll admit it or not) take a little more care setup wise for instruments going directly to buyers -vs- ones just shipping to a music store... I may be wrong, but I've never played any set up as well from the factory as mine...?
@WoWintosh As a Bassist who'll pick up and play various EB/MM basses when I get the chance, I can say that the "Oil & Wax" finish on the Unfinished Necks needs to be reapplied on a regular basis and that if a store doesn't take the time to do so on a $1500+ instrument, a) you'll get the "rough & grainy" feel that you describe, and b) it stupid of a store to not spend 15 minutes a month keeping an instrument on that high a level playing, feeling good and more sell-able.
@stalkians Depends on the Ibanez model really as there are varying thicknesses (especially within the different signature models) but if you mean like the standard S or RG series guitars then no it thicker but not a LOT thicker just a little... They're amazing necks... they fit me like a glove and I came from years of playing S and RG series Ibanez's and it was not a problem adjusting at all. I HATED his Ibanez signature model - the neck was thicker on that and the guitar sounded dead to me.
@wafleguitarheroes I learned about it at last years Summer NAMM, and there was a small window of opportunity to order it as its a limited edition so you can't order them now, and you can see them crop up every now and again on Ebay if your lucky.
Jesus Christ, what's the song at 2:05 ? It's been confusing the shit out of me for the past two hours... I know it, it's just killing me to find out the name.
I had the chance to get the last dealer DD2 in the UK, passed it up because I wasn't sure. Changed my mind and it was gone! I'm so gutted! That's amazing, and great playing dude. Ever wanna sell up, give me a shout!
@Dano94910 LOL - yeah we have two and they just like to roam in and out of the room... They're so mellow. They usually hit the highway when I start playing though... which sort of gives me a complex now that I think about it... LOL
Thank you! and I guess I'm just appreciative also when people respond to my questions too so I know how it is and how helpful it is to someone like me - plus it's just rewarding to be "nice" period so I can use all the good Karma I can get! LOL
Hey! That is almost the same guitar that they released in 2007 (Limited edtion). I think it was. Same exact same color but with martini glasses as inlays insted. D-sonic pickup though. Can't remember what neckpickup it was. 7-String. I saw one and tried one in Langley BC, Canada then.
Yep - the paint is actually slightly different though although it looks almost identical. The Dargie Delight II paint is also called "apple caramel delight" and it has a little more variance in color depending on how the light hits it, but yeah basically the same other than the inlays and pickups. i assume the first Dargie Delights had ebony fretboards also. Great instruments!
No, although the lick could be similar or the same I suppose? it's just your standard chromatic descending chicken pickin' lick - one of the two I actually know - LOL. I'm not familiar with that song - I LOVE Vai, but I actually don't have anything of him past Alien Love Secrets - no particular reason really other than I got way into to many other players since then and I just haven't gotten around to getting his newer stuff. I need to though!
Thanks! Yeah it wasn't planned that way, but I hate when people are like "look at my new gear - but no you can't hear it - thanks for asking though" - LOL
hehehe - well she's actually an English Bulldog - she's a runt so she's REALLY small and TOTALLY looked like a Boston or a Boxer when she was a puppy.
LOL - well I definitely have been accused of too much talkie not enough playie before...! Thanks bro. :) I try to balance it out for the dudes who want more descriptions of gear and those who don't give a shit and just want to hear it... It ain't easy pleasing everyone!
No its not easy to please everyone youre right lol. Its damn annoying when I see some dude with a pro guitar and he cant play, just shows off his nice gear that never gets used to its fullest jeeze.
LOL - I know and it renders the demo useless when they can't play and its really just due to them not having played long enough to have developed an ear for tone and not so much that they suck playing even or they throw the camera right in front of the cab YIKES! can you say B-R-I-T-T-L-E? Look up the videos from "The Tone King" who does demos of amps... OMG I don't make a habit of bashing folks cause I'm not the authority on all this, but wow his demo's are horrible... GREAT amps, but NO idea..
this is why I stopped making videos for now cos I need better audio to show off my riffs. some of it has to do with youtube, you can send them some nice audio and it sound like crap on here, shitty compression or something. that guitar is the same color as my Grandpas 67 mustang GT btw
LOL - oh yes I did! hehehe - I actually like the newer pickups in the new Petrucci better than the old... I know people say they ae higher output (new ones) but I have to disagree... The new ones are smoother and fuller and not as much treble... I LOVE the old pickups don't get me wrong - had 'em for 8 fricken years! but I really like the new ones...
I'll get a 7 string as soon as you set up a VaiSatchAtrucci 7 string Petrucci fund raiser... LOLOLOL
Ya'll are WAY to nice here - you're making me blush over here... Sincerely though thank you for that! Means a lot coming from players like ya'll who I envy just as much.
Congrats on the Dargie II bro. I'm getting my DDII BFR 6 on Wednesday, so after I get it, I'll probably be doing a demo of my BFR 6 & BFR 7 with my Axe-Fx soon.
Dude! Thanks! but (a) You suck for having 2 BFR's... (b) You better post some videos (c) You better TELL me when you post said videos and (d) Speaking of Axe-Fx, something along those lines (I think?) check out the ElevenRack from Digidesign... I'm SO getting one...
Thanks! Oh yeah - no question its the best playing guitar I've ever picked up period... It's not for EVERYONE but for ME - perfection... Like a GLOVE... You're a lucky man too!!!
hey dude congrats, that guitar is sooooo beautiful... i'm seriously GASing about getting one of these sweet petrucci axes... but that's not the only thing i want... i'm gasing for a peterson stroborack and a music pad pro too... hahaha damn GAS...
I would think you'd at least learn how to play guitar before buying one that expensive... Lol I'm obviously kidding, that was great man, what a beautiful axe. I'm a bass player myself, but that is gorgeous. And well played, no doubt. Actually, I noticed that Amplitube is one of the tag words, are you playing through that program?
It honestly doesn't make that much difference, it does seem to round out the tone a bit with both selected. i find myself going back and forth to just 6L6's and the 6L6/EL34 combo... I feel like adding the EL34's makes it a little more classic rock and the 6L6's is more LA rock...
You think so? I think the same thing about the Roadster. I know the clean channel is not nearly as warm and fat in comparison between series 1 and 2 - I HAVE witnessed that first hand and it was night and day to me.
There's 3 of them now! :) You have a sweet PRS though! You'd love this guitar too - I see you had/have an Ibanez so you'd really love this neck - its fatter than the Ibanez but thinner than your PRS - its so comfortable and the radius is nice and flat which I love...
You're talking about the BFR which is ALSO a limited edition in the Dargie Delight II config. They offered limited runs of both the regular JP6/7's and the BFR versions of both. You can't order this color, fretboard&inlay combination any longer. There was only a one month window to order right around Summer NAMM 2009 which absolutely makes it a limited edition - not that I even remotely care about that as I just loved the color and wanted one so I HAD to buy it since it was a limited edition.
Too damn much... I think with tax it was like $2400-$2600 or somewhere in there... :( BUT to EBMM's defense, my first one is almost 7 years old now and still looks & feels the same as when I bought it. Craftsmanship on the loaded JP's is top notch. I only recently had the frets dressed on my first JP6. I obsessed about this one because it was limited edition and I LOVE green... I saw the original Dargie Delight color - a Luke model on a Toto DVD and I was like - yeah I have to have one...
THANKS! I would have to agree - a beautifully crafted instrument AGAIN from EBMM... G&L is the only other one I can say that about personally - though I like PRS... Gibsons are ok too but they were way better back ion the day... which was a Wednesday in case you didn't know... :)
LOL - Thanks! :) I was ready to hear a few of those! LOL Yeah I think that everytime I look at everyone elses videos where they have gear I'll never be able to afford... :( I want a Custom Audio PT100 head now too... Amazing amp...
I LOVE it - the thing you cant see on the photo is the metal flake in the paint, it REALLY looks amazing in person and a lot darker than I thought it would be. At NAMM I think all the lights made it appear lighter, so I was happy with it being a little darker than I thought. Tnoy McAlpine! Thats a blast from the past! LOL Although he was playing with Steve Vai when I saw him but mostly keyboards... amazing player
that looks like the one petrucci played at download 09
but how do the crunchlab/liquifire pickups compare to the old pickups? (dsonic/custom/) because i want to order them, but if theres not much of a difference then i wont buy them
Thanks brutha-man! :) Hey I meant to leave you a note - I LOVED the product placements on your Jazzy Acoustic video! I hope you got some royaties or kick backs for advertising for your strap and Mesa gear! LOL :)
Thanks brother! :) I appreciate you checking them out and commenting. Means a lot coming from people with great taste in music! Great stuff on your page! Be good!
Thanks brother! :) As I said to someone else recently, I really appreciate you checking them out and commenting - makes it woprth while to hear the feedback - good AND bad - it's all great to hear - unless someone is just being mean 'cause they're bored or whatever... but whatddya gonna do?!

They're amazing necks... they fit me like a glove and I came from years of playing S and RG series Ibanez's and it was not a problem adjusting at all. I HATED his Ibanez signature model - the neck was thicker on that and the guitar sounded dead to me.

how did you find this guitar or where did u ordered?
wafleguitarheroes 1 year ago
@wafleguitarheroes I learned about it at last years Summer NAMM, and there was a small window of opportunity to order it as its a limited edition so you can't order them now, and you can see them crop up every now and again on Ebay if your lucky.

i think that ernie ball should market those bridges on the petrucci guitars for other guitars.
skycaptain141 1 year ago
@skycaptain141 Yeah if the Lukather models had this bridge I would love to have one of those...

LOL
vaisatchatrucci 1 year ago
Hey! That is almost the same guitar that they released in 2007 (Limited edtion). I think it was. Same exact same color but with martini glasses as inlays insted. D-sonic pickup though. Can't remember what neckpickup it was. 7-String. I saw one and tried one in Langley BC, Canada then.
knikk77 1 year ago
Yep - the paint is actually slightly different though although it looks almost identical. The Dargie Delight II paint is also called "apple caramel delight" and it has a little more variance in color depending on how the light hits it, but yeah basically the same other than the inlays and pickups. i assume the first Dargie Delights had ebony fretboards also. Great instruments!

2:19 Windows of the soul? I could misspelled it but its Vai isnt it?
Sickindian5 1 year ago
No, although the lick could be similar or the same I suppose? it's just your standard chromatic descending chicken pickin' lick - one of the two I actually know - LOL. I'm not familiar with that song - I LOVE Vai, but I actually don't have anything of him past Alien Love Secrets - no particular reason really other than I got way into to many other players since then and I just haven't gotten around to getting his newer stuff. I need to though!
vaisatchatrucci 1 year ago
Awesome playing. At first, I thought you're just gonna talk about the guitar.

vaisatchatrucci 1 year ago
Phew I thought you were one of those guys that talks gear but never plays lol nice axe!
MrROTD 2 years ago
LOL - well I definitely have been accused of too much talkie not enough playie before...! Thanks bro. :) I try to balance it out for the dudes who want more descriptions of gear and those who don't give a shit and just want to hear it... It ain't easy pleasing everyone!
vaisatchatrucci 2 years ago
No its not easy to please everyone youre right lol. Its damn annoying when I see some dude with a pro guitar and he cant play, just shows off his nice gear that never gets used to its fullest jeeze.
MrROTD 2 years ago
LOL - I know and it renders the demo useless when they can't play and its really just due to them not having played long enough to have developed an ear for tone and not so much that they suck playing even or they throw the camera right in front of the cab YIKES! can you say B-R-I-T-T-L-E? Look up the videos from "The Tone King" who does demos of amps... OMG I don't make a habit of bashing folks cause I'm not the authority on all this, but wow his demo's are horrible... GREAT amps, but NO idea..
vaisatchatrucci 2 years ago
this is why I stopped making videos for now cos I need better audio to show off my riffs. some of it has to do with youtube, you can send them some nice audio and it sound like crap on here, shitty compression or something. that guitar is the same color as my Grandpas 67 mustang GT btw
MrROTD 2 years ago
Yeah I hear ya definitely a compression thing... I bet that mustang looks bad ass! what a great color for a car!
vaisatchatrucci 1 year ago
Its pretty nice too bad he wont let me borrow it lol

:)) nooo u didn;t !!!
u sick bro !another petruzzi guitar , damn :P
but why would u suck out the pickups??:(
cool bulldog!
cool clean playing there ! u showoff :)) just kiddin
keep it cool !
get a petrucci 7 string :D i dare u :P
alexberdea 2 years ago
LOL - oh yes I did! hehehe - I actually like the newer pickups in the new Petrucci better than the old... I know people say they ae higher output (new ones) but I have to disagree... The new ones are smoother and fuller and not as much treble... I LOVE the old pickups don't get me wrong - had 'em for 8 fricken years! but I really like the new ones...
I'll get a 7 string as soon as you set up a VaiSatchAtrucci 7 string Petrucci fund raiser... LOLOLOL
I'm getting a BFR next. In about 8 years :(
vaisatchatrucci 2 years ago
Oh and thanks for the Bulldog comment - we have 2... Lola and Isabella... I should feature them more... LOLa... hehe

vaisatchatrucci 2 years ago
Congrats on the Dargie II bro. I'm getting my DDII BFR 6 on Wednesday, so after I get it, I'll probably be doing a demo of my BFR 6 & BFR 7 with my Axe-Fx soon.
petruccirocks02 2 years ago
Dude! Thanks! but (a) You suck for having 2 BFR's... (b) You better post some videos (c) You better TELL me when you post said videos and (d) Speaking of Axe-Fx, something along those lines (I think?) check out the ElevenRack from Digidesign... I'm SO getting one...

beautiful guitar. both of you suck for even having a petrucci. i dont even have one. The dargie delight looks great man!

Beutiful guitar! Great playing and tone too! I got the basic Petrucci and it is my favorite guitar i have ever played!
burnedoutgolfer 2 years ago
Thanks! Oh yeah - no question its the best playing guitar I've ever picked up period... It's not for EVERYONE but for ME - perfection... Like a GLOVE... You're a lucky man too!!!
vaisatchatrucci 2 years ago
Great playing BTW for two years? You're rocking dude...!
vaisatchatrucci 2 years ago
hey dude congrats, that guitar is sooooo beautiful... i'm seriously GASing about getting one of these sweet petrucci axes... but that's not the only thing i want... i'm gasing for a peterson stroborack and a music pad pro too... hahaha damn GAS...
maurobeardy 2 years ago
I would think you'd at least learn how to play guitar before buying one that expensive... Lol I'm obviously kidding, that was great man, what a beautiful axe. I'm a bass player myself, but that is gorgeous. And well played, no doubt. Actually, I noticed that Amplitube is one of the tag words, are you playing through that program?
reticentjester 2 years ago
It honestly doesn't make that much difference, it does seem to round out the tone a bit with both selected. i find myself going back and forth to just 6L6's and the 6L6/EL34 combo... I feel like adding the EL34's makes it a little more classic rock and the 6L6's is more LA rock...
vaisatchatrucci 2 years ago
Yeah i think the same thing of the Roadster too... Seems like its better for Metal...
vaisatchatrucci 2 years ago
You think so? I think the same thing about the Roadster. I know the clean channel is not nearly as warm and fat in comparison between series 1 and 2 - I HAVE witnessed that first hand and it was night and day to me.
vaisatchatrucci 2 years ago
Yeah I figured as much - I never played a solo I liked as much as the Road King...
vaisatchatrucci 2 years ago
You TRYING to make your neighbors call the police or what? LOL
vaisatchatrucci 2 years ago
Love the Ibanez 7 strings... What you doin' with 2 Road Kings? That's awesome - one is overkill as it is for me! LOL
vaisatchatrucci 2 years ago
I haven't played one yet, but one of these is on ebay at the moment!..... and I want it =)
sportsportsport 2 years ago
There's 3 of them now! :) You have a sweet PRS though! You'd love this guitar too - I see you had/have an Ibanez so you'd really love this neck - its fatter than the Ibanez but thinner than your PRS - its so comfortable and the radius is nice and flat which I love...
vaisatchatrucci 2 years ago
I'm traveling to a music shop to play one soon. I am thinking of part exchanging my custom shop strat for one. I'm bored of it.

not Limited Edition atall coz the neck on the back insnt green either soo u got the standerd m8
jamesvai1 2 years ago
You're talking about the BFR which is ALSO a limited edition in the Dargie Delight II config. They offered limited runs of both the regular JP6/7's and the BFR versions of both. You can't order this color, fretboard&inlay combination any longer. There was only a one month window to order right around Summer NAMM 2009 which absolutely makes it a limited edition - not that I even remotely care about that as I just loved the color and wanted one so I HAD to buy it since it was a limited edition.
vaisatchatrucci 2 years ago
how much????!!!
pollin 2 years ago
Too damn much... I think with tax it was like $2400-$2600 or somewhere in there... :( BUT to EBMM's defense, my first one is almost 7 years old now and still looks & feels the same as when I bought it. Craftsmanship on the loaded JP's is top notch. I only recently had the frets dressed on my first JP6. I obsessed about this one because it was limited edition and I LOVE green... I saw the original Dargie Delight color - a Luke model on a Toto DVD and I was like - yeah I have to have one...

daveshaw18 2 years ago
Thanks - it's real purty. You don't see the metal flake in the video, it's like the mystic dream finish in that regard - great looking in person.

Beautiful!! I just got mine Friday. I got the BFR version and left handed. Greatest sounding guitar i hav ever played.
monta72 2 years ago
awesome, and sounds great too. why would u switch out the pickups?
joeyinflames 2 years ago
I mean switch the pickups out on my original Petrucci for the NEW Petrucci's pickups... The new Petrucci pickups are staying PUT! :)
vaisatchatrucci 2 years ago
good sounding pickups
brandon5pennies 2 years ago
Yeah they sound good - especially the neck - they're both rounder and fuller than the other Dimarzio's he used on the first Petrucci's...

Seeing your guitar just made my heart pump in anticipation.
Congrats!

THANKS! I would have to agree - a beautifully crafted instrument AGAIN from EBMM... G&L is the only other one I can say that about personally - though I like PRS... Gibsons are ok too but they were way better back ion the day... which was a Wednesday in case you didn't know... :)

vaisatchatrucci 2 years ago
Wow amazin Guitar !!! very good color.. it remembers toni mcalpine to me
VAI666 2 years ago
I LOVE it - the thing you cant see on the photo is the metal flake in the paint, it REALLY looks amazing in person and a lot darker than I thought it would be. At NAMM I think all the lights made it appear lighter, so I was happy with it being a little darker than I thought. Tnoy McAlpine! Thats a blast from the past! LOL Although he was playing with Steve Vai when I saw him but mostly keyboards... amazing player
vaisatchatrucci 2 years ago
thats fucking RIDICULOUS
that looks like the one petrucci played at download 09
but how do the crunchlab/liquifire pickups compare to the old pickups? (dsonic/custom/) because i want to order them, but if theres not much of a difference then i wont buy them
nice playing as always by the way
