The houses seem nice and the architecture seems well done.
But I don't see any new urbanist aspects here. The street's don't look walkable and everything is too spaced out. To be honest it come's across as being somewhat sterile.

This project is awesome and a great value. The price per square foot is better than any other waterfront properties around but yet, it offers many more amenities. Call your realtor now to see what great buyer incentives they have to offer for the next one sold.
