  • Are they good pets I am thinking of getting one

  • Pigs are really smart. I had a hog, not a potbelly pig or any type of pet pig, the type bred for slaughter and she was the smartest little pig. She knew that if she squealed when I came outside that I would come to her and feed her tomatoes from the garden. Ill have another pig someday, my parents made me get rid of her and it was sad! And she wasnt nasty either. People just like to think they are nasty because they roll in mud to keep parasites away!

  • I got a pot bellied pig about three weeks ago. They are by far the cleanest, easily trainable, cutest pet ever. He's already house trained, knows how to sit and do figure 8 and gives me piggy kisses <3 Pig stereotypes are wrong! They are so clean.

  • 4 people hate having an itch scratched and being cute at the same time

  • hahahaha what an itchy he got there! Sooooo sweet that I'm gonna die from all his cuteness!! :D

  • How does he/she go to the toilet? Are they trained?

  • haha my boyfriend reacts the same way when I give him a backscratch ;-)

  • cute

  • awww hey there little fellow. =]

These kinds of pets I can have cause they're allergy free. My sister is allergic to dogs, cats, and birds.

  • how big does he grow?

  • i told my mom that i wanted pot bellied pig, but she didn't let me, so i went out and got a monkey tailed skink lizard instead

  • AWWW i love this sooo much! i want one!

  • hey please answer this how did you get your pig?

  • I may be a nazi. but that is one cute pig

  • Lovely pig i was hoping to get one sometime but i don't know when and is this the size pot bellied pigs get at full growth or do they get bigger thanks 5* fav

  • itsss so cute omggg :D lol whats it like to have one i herd its lik having a dogg

  • They scratch cause they have itches! Our domestic pigs do the same thing.

  • I just got really hungry for some reason... can't explain it

  • wow delicious... i saw a pork chop bezt in fried ahahahha juz kidding cute

  • mange?

  • @RosiE5890 yes, but we gave him some jabs and he was fine (that was 3 years ago!)

  • @larissa79 yeah, he must be a biiiiig boy now! haha

  • Give the poor piglet some moisturizer already!!! I used to put sunblock lotion when I had a pet pig.

  • i love piggies but my dad thinks it would be weird to own a pig he just keeps looking at me like im stupid..we ended up getting a dachshund though. i still would like a piggy, not that my dog is bad. I love her actually.

  • @sevenheadeddragon No, I live in the United States. lol. It's against city ordinances though to have a farm animal in city limits. Sadly, a pot bellied pig, even if I consider it a pet, is considered a farm animal by the city.

  • That's a very small pot bellied pig. I would get one, but it's illegal in my city. :(

  • @iknowimalive where do you live? in a totalitary country?

  • LOL THIS IS SOO FUNNY LOL!! :>

  • So freaking cute. I kinda want a pig as a pet, except I don't know how they do in cold climates..?

  • Its black!!!!!!! sorry that may sounded racist cute piggy

  • If you r allergic to dogs dander would u be allrigic to these pigs

  • I think pigs are hypoallergenic animals.

  • oh too cute! i love pot-bellied pigs XD

  • Hey guys I found this great resource site offering great secrets about the potbelly pigs if you are getting one:)

PM for it if you want.

  • Islam is the second most cracked religion ive ever seen, someone went into a cave, came out and said he was god, people didnt believe him, he went to another town and told people that, they believed him then he and that town killed the first town that didnt believe him, seriously?!

  • Whats Islam got to do with a pot bellied pig?

  • @YamiPoyo Muslims see the pig as an abomination, and some even kill them on sight in nasty ways, in there home countries. Billroy64 had posted a video of what looked like him killing a small potbellied pig (didnt watch it, because ive got my own lil porkster), because he is a muslim.

  • is he a mini pig :) xx

  • funny and cute, the best combination.

  • lol XD

  • @15RoseThorns hey there, he got a disease which many young pigs get when they're young but I can't remember the name in English.. something similar to dermatitis. 2 jabs and he's fine. He is massive now :)

  • I just call it pig-dandruff.

  • How big does pot bellied grow? Size and weight?

  • depends on the parents they can range from 40lbs to 400lbs but a healthy pig shouldnt weigh more then 150lbs

  • how is it every simple task is cute when a piglet dose it i mean even scartching his butt is cute

  • haha iam scratching my pot bellied pig right now and he looked like that when he was younger

  • OMG! He is absolutely adorable. ^_^

I wonder if a pot-bellied pig would get along with my 3 pugs. LOL

  • I have had my pig 6 years. She eats everything!

  • how much do they cost monthly when they're piglets and does it increase or decrease when they grow up?

  • it depends on what you feed them... they aet virtually everything so it's quite handy. They do increase in size..check out other videos when he's grown!

  • @larissa79 They may eat anything but they will get fat if you feed them to much junk.

  • pot bellys are like dogs they can act like one to but it has been proven pigs are ALOT smarter and if you take a pot belly when its bigger then this one and put it in a dog pen beside nice dogs it will think its a dog you put a baby pig around cats in your house its gonna think its a cat

  • i feed mine tuna lettuce carrots and grapes.. at least that is what he prefers.

  • No way. He loves Gravy Train. I can't keep him out of Zammis' food.

  • Stop feeding Bacon dog food man, let's stick to the Mazuri Pig Feed!

  • I don't feed it to him -- he gets into it on his own.

  • LOL its rubbing its butt

  • I think pigs are too smart to eat

  • @javatar77 Actully pigs are quit smart.... 10th smartest animals in the worls

  • reminds me of baloo the bear scrathcing his butt against a tree

  • That's the reason buildings have corners, architects have itchy butts too.

  • Sooooo cute!!!

I wish I can have one in my country.

  • Was the bowl of food inside was rice? O.o

    nice cardboard house

  • the bowl contains water, milk and cereal bran...

  • Hes so tiny! =D when you help him to scratch he moves lol. how you train him to poop ?

  • LMFAOO !

    haha funny !

    xD

  • CUTENESS OVERLOAD! O_=

  • My friend had one of those. He always scratched his butt on the couch. For some reason it was fun to ust watch him.

  • Why can't *I* have an itchy piggy?!

  • I WANT TO STILL UR PIGGY ITS ADORABLE

  • A pig that behaves like a dog...interesting.

  • A PIG THAT THINKS ITS A DOG (squeaky mouse voices) lol

  • my feeling are, as usual, valentino pig is best pig

  • I really want to buy one :)@@

  • Seems like the little fellow needed to feel the touch of another being ~ we all need that!

  • sooooooo cute!!! I wish I can have one in the future!!

  • cute,

  • it's a little hard to keep pig as a pet. you should give it anti worm drug to prevent worm infestations three month once.

  • Ahaha! Look at that little butt wiggle!

What is the hardest thing about keeping a piggie like that?

  • hey there! Valentino lives outdoors now (check newer videos) so he's got plenty of space to live.

Indoors it's really important to get the pig to know exactly where he/she can piss/poo -they will learn to do it always in the same place. You can train the pig like a dog, despite they are very eager on any kind of food and ALWAYS :)

Pigs needs patience when they're young just like any other pet.

  • i so want one :D

  • io kiero uno

  • um juat curious . where did you buy your pig ?

  • Is this little piggy full grown? How big do they get, and do they get along well with other pets?

  • nope. potbellied pigs get way bigger. i don't think there are any that stay this small, but there are "teacup pigs" that cost a boatload that don't get very large.

  • Teacup pigs are a myth. Mostly they're your normal pot belly pig that they tell you to underfeed or stunt their growth. It's very cruel to the animal and they don't live for very long. D:

  • exactly..Valentino is very big now (check out other videos) and I guess he could have grown more if we didn't cut him.

They get along well with other pets -I guess it's better if they live together since early age. Valentino is getting on specially well with dogs and goats.

  • but they're still small enough to be indoors, right?

  • you have to keep them indoors anyways if you do get one

  • cut him???

  • no pot bellied pig stays that small there are mini pot bellied but they are only considered miniature compard to a normal pot bellied pig. :)

  • What a itchy little pig.

  • I NEED SOMEONE TO TALK TO

    comment me back tS

  • what's the matter?

  • omg he is soooooooooooooooooo cute!!!!!!!

  • im a kid in secondary school and i dont get home till 3 on mon & tue 4 on thr & fri and 1 on wed what age would suit dat bcas im not going to be in da house all day

  • hey...how old are you? If you get a pot belly pig pet please make usre it is at least 6 weeks old. It can stay on its own but in the first few weeks you will have to spare a lot of time with hm/her. If you are keeping him/her indoor they he/she will need to be trained to potty in the right place and to respect forbidden places (such as the human toilet maybe?) and stuff like that. These pigs are VERY intelligente so you just need a bit of patience and they will reward you big time! good luck!

  • 13 but im not getting for at least 1 1/2 years

  • yes umm can you help me. im wantign a pet pig but i dont know what to get i was gonan get a pink one but seen the mom and dad and they wear HUGE like very tall and long and i dont wnat oen that big im wanting a playfull and active i was reading about teacups but i heard they art very healthy and they are $200-$700 but i heard pot bellys wear very good but as they get older they dont do as much and get very fat and just lay around is this true or can this be prevented? please write back

  • Don't let anyone sell you a "teacup pig"! It's just a way for breeders to get more money out of you. And pigs will stay a healthy weight if you only feed them one cup of low fat/low protein feed no more than 2 times a day.

  • well, my Valentino pot belly pig is nearly 2 years old and he is very active (lives outdoos though). I don't know how they get when they get older really. Yes they like to sleep and eat (what animals does not...). My pig is very affectionate to me and you actually train them like a dog, no joke, actually even better than a dog. You can prevent this lazyness walking your pig, playing with him/her and most of all NOT overfeeding him/her. GOOD LUCK!

  • Cute :)

  • How cute!!!

  • wtf. thats not how you brush an animal. and if its itchy fn' scratch it yurself

  • wtf, I say. Apparently you don't know the joys of having a pet and loving it and playing with it.

It was just a joke, the piggy had a dermatitis -I discovered later.

  • madonna che bello che è! è più grande la spazzola che lui! :D

  • pigs are smarter then most dogs

(but dogs can at least look up! haha pawned pigs! \jk)

  • so can dogs....thats a myth.

  • lol my pigs are exactly the same, when they're not sleepin, eatin, or rootin they're scratcing.

  • hes sooo cute...

  • is he potty trained

  • he was...now he lives outside and has a huge space to choose from ;-)

but it's quite easy to train them you just need to be quite patient.

  • Your piggy is so cute! But I think he could have worms if he is still itchy. I'm sure his itch is long gone but just in case you didn't know pigs get scaly and itchy if they get worms! Watch out for that! p.s., Where did you get him from? I really want to get one and I can't find a breeder who is my favorite.

  • cutttteee :D

  • its a puppy! not a pig lol that badass

  • I want a little piggy named Valentino!!!

Aaaaaa! Look at Valentino scratch that butt! Too cute!

Do they housetrain just like a dog? I know pigs are very very smart... I read a story once about a family that had a Vietnamese pig & when their house caught on fire, the pig woke up the kids FIRST, 'rooted' them out of the house & then went back in to find the parents.

  • Fleas. No im just kidding I want a virtmanese pot bellied pig soooooo bad.!! officially Jealous.LoL. No im serious.

  • :-)))

  • cutey.

  • ugh lucky i want a pig so fricken bad but i'm not aloud to have one, because their to big or something well, duh pig rymes with big so wat do you expect?

  • they can be trained to be house pets and use a litter box..but yeah, if have a small house then it's better to keep the space for you ;-)

  • My pig was itchy like that when I brought her home from the breeder, turns out it was mange mites. Cleared right up with a few shots if interdermal Novomectin.

  • hey..thanks a lot for this. My sister is a vet and she said the same thing...a few shots and Valentino was ok. He is a big fat pig now, 1 year old :-)

  • He is so cute!

  • how much did he cost you, i want to get one in the future and curious for price range

  • it cost me 50 euros -70 us dollars- though it was a favour price. he was 3 weeks old (far too young to take them from their mom, they have to be at least 5 weeks).

  • Christ the brush is almost as big as the piglet.

  • I use to think pigs were ugly but these are adorable!

  • Aw.. itchy pork 0.o XD

  • Aw, itchy butt.

  • I want a pig.

  • aw, he is so cute

  • My sis is a vet and she took care of him with a HORRIBLE jab he absolutely HATED...he hated us all for a while... cheers for telling me :)

  • He probably has mange mites, very common in pb pigs.

They reproduce under the skin, so he needs two shots.

You may want a vet to take care of that for you, humans can get them!

    He's adorable!

  • My sis is a vet and she took care of him with a HORRIBLE jab he absolutely HATED...he hated us all for a while... cheers for telling me :)
