Steve Gregg has some of the clearest thoughts regarding scripture and his teachings are all very thoughtful. I just took a small tripod, removed the legs and attached it to my dash. It doesnt take up much space or distract me from driving.

God still speaks in a lot of different ways. and yes,GOD still speaks audibly, and through the still small voice. BUT, i don't believe that God's voice needs to be discerned. When GOD speaks, HE makes you know it's HIM speaking. God's voice is unlike any other voice, it doesn't need to be discerned.and when you hear the voice of GOD, expect to tremble,fall down on your face, and melt like wax...

Yes God speaks, but many are listening to a voice that is NOT Him and they do not do as the bible says (to "test the spirits").

Some of the more notorious cults all have had leaders who have claimed to 'know it was God' who spoke to them. However often these voice/s contradicted with God's word, the bible. They also produce bad fruit too.

We have to "test everything' as the bible commands or else we could fall into false teaching, heresy and worse.

If God 'speaks' a word to you, OUTSIDE of, or APART from, His revealed Word, it is NEW revelation.

Revelation 22:18 says that REVELATION IS FINISHED, there is no more NEW revelation.

God never contradicts His Word.

If you have a thought that aligns with His Word, that IS His REVEALED Word, it is not revelation.

No need to wonder where that thought came from. IT IS HIS WORD, isn't it?

Then you may say with CONFIDENCE, "God SAID."

Testing the spirits is good the problem alot of contempary Christians teach that is Judgment and that its wrong to do that. But I agree I uestion things alot P.s. the music in the background in the video sounds good. lol

Amen. Youre not harsh or acting holier than anyone, its important to talk about; a lot of us christians are dangerously searing our minds to Gods holiness therefore forsaking talking with Him & having a REAL relation continuing on. This is EXACTLY whats been on my mind this week. (the Lord knows I spend time on YT & "nabs" me on this issue here, even aha ^-^) This video will get a lot of ppl talking, and most importantly, with the Lord. & so true about REALITY. for me its not an audible voice, for my wife its a combination of an inaudible voice & sometimes visions.

its however God wants to speak to you, IF you get your cup cleaned out, the folks at FOTM are really helpful in that area.

Here's what i think, God speaks thru either his written word, the Bible, or thru another Christian when he/she's witnessing to a nonChristian or to a Christian to encourage or discipline(when necessary).
