@AzureSheep You make a good point. I only base my opinions on Marines I have met who joke about stealing fruit from market places or think it's funny putting a gun to an Iraqi civilians head to make them piss their pants. These are both stories told to me by Marines with a smile on their face.
I don't think the Marines are the best America has, not even close. I have come across too many morons who have joined up, many who would be flipping burgers otherwise. Of course not all are like that.

Thank you from America, I served with the Royal Marines in 2003 in shortly after the invasion and I enjoyed every minute of it. Their sense of humer was unmatched, and to this day, I would put on my BDU's and serve beside any RM unit without question. I trusted your men as much as I did my own fellow devil dogs. 2 tours in Afghanistan. Home after being shot. yeah it hurts but it would have hurt a lot more if my best friend had died and his family and friends had to go though what my family had to go though with my brother.

Thank you from America, I served with the Royal Marines in 2003 in shortly after the invasion and I enjoyed every minute of it. Their sense of humer was unmatched, and to this day, I would put on my BDU's and serve beside any RM unit without question. I trusted your men as much as I did my own fellow devil dogs. 2 tours in Afghanistan. Home after being shot. yeah it hurts but it would have hurt a lot more if my best friend had died and his family and friends had to go though what my family had to go though with my brother.
It's all worth it in the end.
I'd be nothing without the Marine Corp. Thank you to them and every single civilian that supports us and what we do.
