It is Japanese animated I remember renting this with the sega cd around 1991 or something, the skill in these animators was incredable, the girl moves with real grace and life, and the villan guy actually has structure to his face and nose, oh and Ied like to see Disney animators manipulate those space ships and machines around with out the computer, doubt they could do it

Like I said. You're refferring to only the mainstream cash-cow animes like Naruto One Piece and Bleach, even Death Note. Not the GOOD animes like Hellsing Ultimate, Neon Genesis Evangelion (which you're not smart enough to understand anyway it's very psychological) etc. Hellsing was 11 volumes of the manga and 11 movies until the story ended, not that bullshit 40 volume Naruto and 400 episode anime. Hellsing U.has great art and a great story, and the dialogue is easily overlooked by the gore.

Believe it or not many Japanese animated shows short cut the animation in alot of scenes because Japans system of government is not as free as the US. its 10 times harder to make a profit there, but if you look at the intro to many of the animes youll almost always see full animation, they have the talent there just saveing money.

Ducktales Gummie bears, the Wuzzels, Tale spin, Darkwing Duck, The LittleMermaid, Tiny Toons, Batman animated, Animaniacs, and countless others, type in " origin of Clayface" and also Tinytoons how i spent my summer vacation, youll see some amazing Japanese animation by Tokyo Movie shinsha, there is never a line out of place, amazing precision and alot of expression

I know what your saying about the flat face and lack of expresion, yes Disney animaters excell at facial expresions and smooth animation but the problem is so much of american animation is goofy and cartoony, look at the ThunderCats intro on youtube, this is by a Japanese studio called Topcraft, this studio later and now is Miyazakis studio Ghibli, the same people that worked on the Thundercats inro are the same crew that worked on Nausicaa, you can see the complete versility in styles.

Time Gal was awesome! I wish more games would utilize these styles of gameplay, plus the nice hand drawn animation is sadly something we don't see in the video game industry as much anymore. This should definitely have been made into an anime.
