The cost of implementing the law and enforcing it? NOONE ENFORCES THEM! I know, i have friends on it. and all they do is report once a year to update info, and they dont hear ANYTHING from a Sheriff, police, Probation officer, or anything! The registry is just a List that name names of guys who hooked up with someone young chick at a house party. And Most Mothers i know never have even looked at it. More teens look at it to play the Sex offender game ! just makes it hard to find jobs for guys!
This is important information but why on earth would you put this on in the form of a what? is this an avatar? Whatever it is, it is so distracting, silly looking, and listening to the voice is just plain annoying. Can't you put this speech up in better way?
Um,, OK, if Megans mom would have been notified there wuz a convicted offender living in her neighborhood, what would she have done? lock the child in her room? what would have happened if a non convict would have kidnapped rapped and killed her? would ALL men be put on a registry ??
This needs to change, currently Megan's Law is very over-reaching and expensive!
