  • @ boycey2576 from my own experience from doing track and playing basketball, you have to be flexible and eat right. Start with that. Do every exercise you possibly can for your legs from stretches to squats. Biking helps a ton, running helps a ton. Don't worry about the mass so much as the level of endurance.

  • A lot of people think you have to be on steroids to get muscle and you are living proof. You got my respect.

  • @miguel111093 He's living proof that you need steroids to get muscles?? Lol

  • @PistolStar21 lol i meant that steroids are not needed. My words got mixed up :)

  • this is real body!!!

  • I'm currently 16 and around 83 kilos, I'm squatting 125kg at the moment and my legs are kinda big, biggest by far at my school, but I really want to put some more mass on my legs and get them huge. I love doing legs and play at a high level of rugby union so it works to my advantage on the field. Does anyone have any techniques or different training excersizes to help put on mass to my legs?

  • Awesome hams I gotta get me a pair of those!

  • i love them legs

  • Awesome legs!! Keep up the good works!

  • thanks....obrigada...

  • How do you squat so deep? wish I could lol I really want bug legs because I do kickboxing and my kicks are my strength. Can you please send me some tips to gain leg mass and on how to get my squat that deep? thank you

  • @MrJoshMT try lighten the weight on the bar and widen your stance and go all the way down

  • @MrJoshMT I'm 6'0 tal and here's what helped me with squatting deep and eliminating any sort of lower back pain. 1st off- notice how he has the bar low down on his traps. Its so low he has to lean forward slightly to compensate which is exactly how you want to be positioned, so when you lower down, all the weight stays directly over your heels. Take a stance slightly wider than shoulder width with your feet slightly turned out and when you lower down, splay your knees OUT, not forward.

  • @TheJonnycomet This is exactly right, well said. Low Bar squats helped me finally work through the point where I could not go any heavier. It's taking a while for me to build up hamstring and lower back strength but all is now helping me improve.

  • Lol the people in my gym who are on roids don't even look as big and good as him.goodjob man

  • @mnoy91 increase the number of sets you do on your compound movements like the squat and lunges to 5 instead of 3. legs are your largest muscle group and need more volume to stimulate growth.

  • @nuttalljp thats great advice thanks

  • so legs and chest twice a week? thanks man :)

  • really? that guy does leg extenstions and ham string curls tho ? but thanks for the tips :) do you know anyother reasons why im not growing?

  • how do i increase muscle on ym legs? everytghing else is prity good exept my chest and my legs, i do legs once a week, and 3 sets of squats, then i move onto hamstring curls 3 sets, then i move onto leg extensions for the quads 3 sets, then i move onti standing calf raises 3 sets, the rep range on legs i do is 10 to 20 reps, to failyer, im eating good, but my legs arnt good, do you know any reasons why ?

  • @mnoy91 dude, you're wasting your time on isolation movements. Try stiff leg deadlifts instead of Hms curls, ditch the leg extensions, and incorporate leg presses and walking lunges.

  • @mnoy91 if you need chest and legs, then just do 2 workouts, leg day is 3 warmup sets then 8 sets of squats 12-15 reps followed by 4 sets of deadlifts 12-15 reps, take a day off then do chest (a lil arms after chest is good),then a day offf b4 legs again.Dont worry about back/shoulders you can bring them up after 2 months of this routine. You can do calves/abs on days off and in 2 months your legs/chest will be ur best bodyparts.

  • work on your hip flexibility Paul. You can see rounding lower back at bottom of squat. great physique!

  • great video! how tall are you? and you've mentioned doing a powerlifting meet. what are your current PR for the bench, squat and deadlift?

    keep on training hard!

  • @pirata13 I am 6'3". I am doing a PL meet in August. My current PR's for my lifts are 325 squat, 365 bench and 435 deadlift. Hoping to improve squat a bunch before the meet and the others a bit as well.

  • @fltallpaul very weird you bench more than you squat....my squat is almost double my bench

  • @fltallpaul so how did the powerlifting meet go?

  • @lloyd011721 I loved it. Got 365\380\475 for a 1220. There is a video on my page with all 9 lifts from the meet as well. Thanks for asking.

  • @fltallpaul thats pretty good for a first meet. what weight class?

im at 430 squat, 355 bench, 450 dead (all lifts raw) and im 195, 5'10... havent done any powerlifting meets since highschool though...
