U guys dont know shit, his shit didn't get good till Bossalini. 1990 Sick was gettin there, but not until Bossalini did he start doing his own thing. His old stuff is just that: old school, simple rhymes over simple beats. Everything Spice has done from Bossalini till now has been amazing. Don't believe me?..fast forward to 2:22 on this song.

His new shit doesn´t match up to his first 4 releases. Let It Be Known, Spice 1, 187 He Wrote and AmeriKKKa´s Nightmare are bonafide Gangsta classics to this day. After those 3, cracks started to show, 1990 sick was still bad ass but not on the level of past albums. From then on I don´t think he has released a classic but i´ll never part with his first releases. Back when he had Ant Banks, Ea Ski and CMT and BlackJack doing production he was at the top of his game.
