The music overpowers Corbin's voice. This is why I think his voice sucks for the song. You can actually hear the quality of Christian Bautista's voice.
I think both versions were well done in their own ways.
Unfortunately for Corbin's, the mixer for his version sort of failed XD Just as you pointed out, the music overpowered his voice (especially in the chorus part; he sounded like a back-up singer instead of a lead vocal).
Christian Bautista wins for clarity and for having a more romantic feel in the music :D The heavy percussion in Corbin's version kinda turns me off a bit (too noisy, IMO) XD

That is SOOOO true. I don't know what ppl see in Zac what they see is what i see in Corbin. Technically Zac can't even sing it's all Drew's voice in HSM 1.
