I bought a bounch of golf balls some days ago, and then while looking at them and holding them the idea of using two of those balls this way came to me..and they're good! They feel good in the hand and they don't make the typical amusing sound of baoding balls, which can be a lil' bit noisy for neighbours late in the night!
Thank you for agreeing with me. There is however also a slight drawback. The balls are very light and hence do not so much when it comes to stimulating meridians or training muscles.
I also posted my video as a response to this because I do a couple other tricks I haven't seen you do that I'm sure you'll love to practice. Good luck!
Thanks for the tips. I've always found golf balls a little too light for my tastes, but I can see the benefits of using them for practicing multiple balls, which is something I'm trying to learn now. Excellent job with all your videos!
Thanks for your cool response and the video reply. I like the orb movement. I haven't practiced that yet because I am afraid it will frustrate the progress for one of my goals: having the balls roll in my hands with the most subtle movement of my hands. But I guess it won't matter if I make the difference in size great enough, because then it will feel like something completely different anyway.
I bought golf balls today! The orb movement is simple. It looks harder than it is. I'm sure it won't take long to learn it. Just try to focus on the larger ball and pick a point on the floor to try to keep it directly above. Your hand follows the ball that is orbiting. The large difference in size actually tends to throw your hand off at first, but it helps you feel each ball more individually. The large ball I'm using is 140 grams and the small ball bearing is only 44.8 grams. Thanks again!

Wow your good at that, i got some yesterday, i can do it, but i want to be able to do the way you do it without using your thumb.

Hi iSk3z, thanks for your message. Being able to do it without the thumb is a skill that takes some time to develop.
I have a 3 movie tutorial about it, check out my channel. Movie #3 to #5 are a step by step tutorial.
Check those and if you have any questions afterwards feel free to post them.
Have fun!
