The charlieplexing matrix is briefly described there too, but the exact mappings to drive vectors depend on how you lay out the wiring. I measured the final results and constructed the table you'll see in the source to match. Honestly I never traced out the exact circuit, I didn't need to, it is the same complete graph topology with arbitrary vertex numbering.
