Yes, it is adjusting for daylight savings time. Is this an atomic clock or it has a calendar chip that tells the clock to adjust to daylight savings time?

The clocks at my old school used to do that for daylight saving time. It is about the same clocks too. They do the exact same thing as yours, so I don't think anythings wrong with it, lol.

It's not adjusting for Daylight Savings time, because with my experiences with these kinds of clocks, they would adjust a HELL of a lot faster than that. Going at a rate of about 5-10 minutes per second (or about 300-600 times the normal speed)
